Claims (6)
- 기록광을 투과하는 투광성 기판(1)과, 이 투광성 기판(1)의 표면상에 형성된 트랙킹용 그루브(3)와, 상기 그루브(3) 사이의 랜드(4)와, 이들 그루브(3)와 랜드(4)가 형성된 투광성 기판(1)의 표면상에 형성된 기록층(12)과, 이 기록층(12)의 상부에 형성되어 기록, 재생광을 반사하는 반사층(13)을 가지며, 상기 투광성 기판(1)으로부터 입사된 기록광에 의해 광학적으로 판독 가능한 신호를 기록하는 광 정보 매체에 있어서,상기 랜드(4)의 상면부의 폭 d가 0.30㎛≤d≤0.45㎛인 것을 특징으로 하고,상기 랜드(4)의 높이를 a, 상기 랜드(4)에서의 기록층의 높이를 b로 할 때, l=1-b/a가 0.2≤l≤0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 랜드(4)의 하면부의 폭 c와 상기 랜드(4)의 상면부 d의 폭의 비 d/c가 0.55 이상 0.9 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보 매체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기록층(12)의 열전도율을 ρ로 할 때, 0.15 W/mK≤ρ≤0.25 W/mK인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보 매체.
- 삭제
- 광 정보 매체상에 정보를 기록하는 방법에 있어서,제 1 항에 따른 광 정보 매체를 이용하며, 상기 광 정보 매체의 기판측에 레이저 광을 조사하여 정보를 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보 매체로의 기록 방법.
- 광 정보 매체상에 정보를 기록하는 방법에 있어서,제 1 항에 따른 광 정보 매체를 이용하며, 기판측에 레이저 광을 조사하여 기록층의 기판측을 변형시킴으로써 정보를 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보 매체로의 기록 방법.
