Abstract

티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐장치 및 방법은 디스플레이중인 화상 프레임에서 사용자가 원하는 오브젝트를 다른 디스플레이장치로 디스플레이하거나 프린트하도록 하기 위한 것으로서, 원격 수신부와 역다중화부와 디스플레이부를 구비한 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐장치에 있어서, 상기 역다중화부에서 분리된 부가 정보 데이터로부터 MODT(Media Object Description Table) 데이터로 디코드하는 MODT 디코드수단과, 상기 MODT 디코드수단에서 분리된 부가 정보 데이터를 저장하는 객체 데이터 메모리수단과, 상기 원격 수신부의 신호에 따라 상기 역다중화부를 제어하고, 상기 객체 데이터 메모리수단에 저장된 MODT 데이터를 인출하여 그에 상응하는 제어신호를 출력하고, 다양한 부가 정보를 디스플레이하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 제어수단과, 상기 제어수단의 제어에 따라 상기 디스플레이부에 디스플레이중인 화상 프레임중 캡쳐된 오브젝트에 상응하는 MODT 데이터를 그림 파일과 같은 파일로 변환하여 디스플레이하거나 프린트하는 출력 디바이스수단으로 구성되는데 그 요지가 있다.

본 발명은 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에 관한 것으로, 특히 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
이하, 종래 기술에 따른 티브이(TV)에 대하여 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1 은 종래 기술에 따른 티브이(TV)의 구성을 나타낸 도면으로, 사용자가 무선으로 티브이(TV)를 제어하기 위한 리모콘(1)과, 상기 리모콘(1)의 신호를 수신하여 그에 상응하는 신호를 출력하는 원격 수신부(2)와, 안테나를 통해 수신되는 신호를 튜닝하는 튜너(3)와, 상기 튜너(3)에서 튜닝된 신호를 역다중화하여 오디오/비디오 신호와 부가 정보 데이터를 분리하는 역다중화부(4)와, 상기 역다중화부(4)에서 분리된 오디오/비디오 신호를 디코딩하는 오디오/비디오 디코더(5)와, 상기 오디오/비디오 디코더(5)에서 디코딩된 신호를 디스플레이하는 디스플레이부(6)와, 상기 역다중화부(4)에서 분리된 부가 정보 데이터를 저장하는 스토리지(7)와, 상기 원격 수신부(2)의 신호에 따라 상기 역다중화부(4)를 제어하고, 상기 스토리지(7)에 저장된 부가 정보 데이터를 인출하여 그에 상응하는 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부(8)와, 상기 제어부(8)의 제어에 따라 상기 스토리지(7)에서 인출된 데이터를 일시 저장하는 메모리(9)로 구성된다.
이와 같이 구성된 종래 기술에 따른 티브이(TV program)에 대하여 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 사용자는 방송국이나 외부 프로그램 제공업체에서 제공하는 프로그램을 리모콘(1)을 이용하여 선택한다.
그러면 원격 수신부(2)는 상기 리모콘(1)의 신호를 수신하여 그에 상응하는 신호를 출력한다.
이에 따라 제어부(8)는 상기 원격 수신부(2)의 신호에 따라 사용자가 원하는 방송국 또는 외부 프로그램 제공업체에서 제공하는 프로그램을 튜닝하기 위한 제어신호를 출력한다.
아울러 제어부(8)는 상기 원격 수신부(2)의 신호에 따라 사용자가 원하는 방송국 또는 외부 프로그램 제공업체의 프로그램을 분리하기 위한 제어신호를 출력한다.
그러면 튜너(3)는 상기 제어부(8)의 제어신호에 따라 안테나를 통해 수신되는 신호로부터 사용자가 원하는 방송국 또는 외부 서비스 제공업체의 신호를 튜닝하여 그 결과신호를 출력한다.
이어 역다중화부(4)는 상기 제어부(8)의 제어신호에 따라 상기 튜너(3)에서 튜닝된 신호로부터 사용자가 원하는 프로그램을 역다중화하여 오디오/비디오 신호와 부가 정보 데이터를 분리하여 출력한다.
그러면 오디오/비디오 디코더(5)는 상기 역다중화부(4)에서 분리된 오디오/비디오 신호를 디코딩하여 그 결과신호를 출력한다.
이에 따라 디스플레이부(6)는 상기 오디오/비디오 디코더(5)에서 출력된 신호에 따라 사용자가 원하는 방송국 또는 외부 프로그램 제공업체의 프로그램을 디스플레이한다.
아울러 스토리지(7)는 상기 제어부(8)의 제어신호에 따라 상기 역다중화부(4)에서 분리된 부가 정보 데이터를 저장한다.
그러면 제어부(8)는 상기 스토리지(7)에 저장된 부가 정보 데이터중 상기 디스플레이부(6)에서 디스플레이되고 있는 프로그램에 대한 부가 정보 데이터를 인출하여 메모리(9)에 저장한 후 이를 인출하여 신호처리한 후 상기 디스플레이부(6)를 통해 소정 메시지를 부가하여 현재 디스플레이중인 프로그램에 부가 정보가 있다는 것을 알리게 된다.
이러한 종래 기술에 따른 티브이 프로그램(TV program) 재생장치는 현재 디스플레이중인 화상 프레임에서 사용자가 원하는 오프젝트를 선택하여 이를 다른 디스플레이장치로 디스플레이하거나 프린트할 수 없기 때문에 사용자에게 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 문제점이 있다.
따라서 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출한 것으로서, 디스플레이중인 화상 프레임에서 사용자가 원하는 오브젝트를 다른 디스플레이장치로 디스플레이하거나 프린트하도록 하기 위한 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 상기와 같은 장치에 상응하는 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐장치의 특징은, 원격 수신부와 역다중화부와 디스플 레이부를 구비한 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐장치에 있어서, 상기 역다중화부에서 분리된 부가 정보 데이터로부터 MODT(Media Object Description Table) 데이터로 디코드하는 MODT 디코드수단과, 상기 MODT 디코드수단에서 분리된 부가 정보 데이터를 저장하는 객체 데이터 메모리수단과, 상기 원격 수신부의 신호에 따라 상기 역다중화부를 제어하고, 상기 객체 데이터 메모리수단에 저장된 MODT 데이터를 인출하여 그에 상응하는 제어신호를 출력하고, 다양한 부가 정보를 디스플레이하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 제어수단과, 상기 제어수단의 제어에 따라 상기 디스플레이부에 디스플레이중인 화상 프레임중 캡쳐된 오브젝트에 상응하는 MODT 데이터를 그림 파일과 같은 파일로 변환하여 디스플레이하거나 프린트하는 출력 디바이스수단을 포함하여 구성되는데 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐방법의 특징은, 디스플레이중인 화상 프레임에서 사용자가 원하는 오브젝트를 캡쳐하는 단계와, 상가 캡쳐된 오브젝트에 상응하는 데이터를 인출하여 신호처리한 후 출력하는 단계와, 상기 출력된 데이터를 그림 파일과 같은 형태로 변환한 후 이를 디스플레이하거나 프린트하는 단계로 이루어지는데 있다.
상기 디스플레이하거나 프린트하는 단계는 상기 그림 파일과 같은 형태로 변환한 후 이를 이동, 확대 또는 축소하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는데 다른 특징이 있다.
이하, 본 발명에 따른 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐장 치 및 방법의 바람직한 실시예에 대하여 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 2 는 본 발명에 따른 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐장치의 구성을 나타낸 도면으로서, 사용자가 무선으로 티브이(TV)를 제어하기 위한 리모콘(101)과, 상기 리모콘(101)의 신호를 수신하여 그에 상응하는 신호를 출력하는 원격 수신부(102)와, 안테나를 통해 수신되는 신호를 튜닝하는 튜너(103)와, 상기 튜너(103)에서 튜닝된 신호를 역다중화하여 오디오/비디오 신호와 부가 정보 데이터를 분리하는 역다중화부(104)와, 상기 역다중화부(104)에서 분리된 오디오/비디오 신호를 디코딩하는 오디오/비디오 디코더(105)와, 상기 오디오/비디오 디코더(105)에서 디코딩된 신호를 디스플레이하는 디스플레이부(106)와, 상기 역다중화부(104)에서 분리된 부가 정보 데이터를 MODT(Media Object Description Table) 데이터로 디코드하는 MODT 디코드부(107)와, 상기 MODT 디코드부(104)에서 분리된 MODT 데이터를 저장하는 객체 데이터 메모리(108)와, 상기 원격 수신부(102)의 신호에 따라 상기 역다중화부(104)와 디스플레이부(106)를 제어하고, 상기 객체 데이터 메모리(108)에 저장된 MODT 데이터를 인출하여 그에 상응하는 제어신호를 출력하고, 다양한 부가 정보를 디스플레이하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부(109)와, 상기 제어부(109)의 제어에 따라 상기 객체 데이터 메모리(108)에 저장된 MODT 데이터를 저장하는 메모리(110)와, 상기 제어부(108)의 제어신호에 따라 상기 디스플레이부(106)에 디스플레이중인 화상 프레임에서 캡쳐된 오프젝트를 그림 파일과 같은 형태로 변환한 후 이동, 확대 또는 축소하여 디스 플레이하거나 프린트하는 출력 디바이스부(111)로 구성된다.
도 3 은 도 2 의 디스플레이부에 디스플레이중인 오프젝트를 캡쳐하기 위한 방법을 타나낸 도면이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명에 따른 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐장치 및 방법에 대하여 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 사용자는 방송국이나 외부 프로그램 제공업체에서 제공하는 프로그램중 원하는 프로그램을 리모콘(101)을 이용하여 선택한다.
그러면 원격 수신부(102)는 상기 리모콘(101)의 신호를 수신하여 그에 상응하는 신호를 출력한다.
이에 따라 제어부(109)는 상기 원격 수신부(102)의 신호에 따라 사용자가 원하는 방송국 또는 외부 프로그램 제공업체에서 제공하는 프로그램을 튜닝하기 위한 제어신호를 출력한다.
아울러 제어부(109)는 상기 원격 수신부(102)의 신호에 따라 사용자가 원하는 방송국 또는 외부 프로그램 제공업체의 프로그램을 분리하기 위한 제어신호를 출력한다.
그리고 제어부(109)는 상기 원격 수신부(102)의 신호에 따라 MODT 디코드부(107)를 제어하기 위한 신호를 출력한다.
그러면 튜너(103)는 상기 제어부(109)의 제어신호에 따라 안테나를 통해 수신되는 신호로부터 사용자가 원하는 방송국 또는 외부 서비스 제공업체의 신호를 튜닝하여 그 결과신호를 출력한다.
상기 방송국이나 외부 프로그램 제공업체에서 제공하는 프로그램은 공중(air) 또는 케이블(cable) 등을 통해 수신된다.
이어 역다중화부(104)는 상기 제어부(109)의 제어신호에 따라 상기 튜너(103)에서 튜닝된 신호로부터 사용자가 원하는 프로그램을 역다중화하여 오디오/비디오 신호와 부가 정보 데이터를 분리하여 출력한다.
그러면 오디오/비디오 디코더(105)는 상기 역다중화부(104)에서 분리된 오디오/비디오 신호를 디코딩하여 그 결과신호를 출력한다.
이에 따라 디스플레이부(106)는 상기 오디오/비디오 디코더(105)에서 출력된 신호에 따라 사용자가 원하는 방송국 또는 외부 프로그램 제공업체의 프로그램을 디스플레이한다.
그리고 MODT 디코드부(107)는 상기 역다중화부(104)에서 분리된 부가 정보 데이터로부터 상기 디스플레이부(106)에 디스플레이중인 객체에 상응하는 부가 정보를 MODT(Media Object Description Table) 데이터로 디코드하여 그 결과신호를 출력한다.
상기 객체는 디스플레이중인 프레임내의 사람 또는 사물을 나타낸다.
이와 같은 상태에서 사용자가 도 3 에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 디스플레이부(106)에 디스플레이중인 화상 프레임에서 원하는 오브젝트가 있어 이를 캡쳐하여 다른 출력장치로 출력하거나 프린트하기 위하여 상기 리모콘(101)을 이용하여 상기 원하는 오브젝트를 캡쳐한 후 소정 키를 누르면 원격 수신부(102)가 이를 수신하여 그에 상응하는 신호를 출력한다.
여기서, 상기 오브젝트를 캡쳐하는 방식은 마우스 포인트, 사각 커서 등 상기 오브젝트를 캡쳐할 수 있는 것이라면 어떤 것을 이용해도 관계가 없다.
그러면 제어부(109)는 상기 원격 수신부(102)의 신호에 따라 상기 디스플레이부(106)에 디스플레이중인 화상 프레임을 스틸(Still)한 후 상기 오브젝트에 상응하는 데이터를 객체 데이터 메모리(108)로부터 인출하여 신호처리한 후 출력한다.
이에 따라 출력 디바이스부(111)는 상기 제어부(109)의 신호에 따라 상기 오브젝트에 상응하는 데이터를 그림 파일과 같은 형태로 변환한 후 이를 이동, 확대 또는 축소하여 디스플레이하거나 프린트하게 된다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐장치 및 방법에 있어서는 디스플레이중인 화상 프레임에서 사용자가 원하는 오브젝트를 캡쳐하여 다른 디스플레이장치로 디스플레이하거나 프린트하도록 함으로써 사용자에게 원하는 객체에 대한 편집 기능을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 원격 수신부와 역다중화부와 디스플레이부를 구비한 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐장치에 있어서,
    상기 역다중화부에서 분리된 부가 정보 데이터로부터 MODT(Media Object Description Table) 데이터로 디코드하는 MODT 디코드수단과;
    상기 MODT 디코드수단에서 분리된 부가 정보 데이터를 저장하는 객체 데이터 메모리수단과;
    상기 원격 수신부의 신호에 따라 상기 역다중화부를 제어하고, 상기 객체 데이터 메모리수단에 저장된 MODT 데이터를 인출하여 그에 상응하는 제어신호를 출력하고, 다양한 부가 정보를 디스플레이하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 제어수단과;
    상기 제어수단의 제어에 따라 상기 디스플레이부에 디스플레이중인 화상 프레임중 캡쳐된 오브젝트에 상응하는 MODT 데이터를 그림 파일과 같은 파일로 변환하여 디스플레이하거나 프린트하는 출력 디바이스수단을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐장치.
  2. 디스플레이중인 화상 프레임에서 사용자가 원하는 오브젝트를 캡쳐하는 단계와;
    상기 캡쳐된 오브젝트에 상응하는 데이터를 인출하여 신호처리한 후 출력하 단계와;
    상기 출력된 데이터를 그림 파일과 같은 형태로 변환한 후 이를 디스플레이하거나 프린트하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 디스플레이하거나 프린트하는 단계는
    상기 그림 파일과 같은 형태로 변환한 후 이를 이동, 확대 또는 축소하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 티브이 프로그램(TV program)에서의 오브젝트 캡쳐방법.
