Description
Claims (20)
- 캠샤프트 회전 검출 구조물이며,캠 스프라켓 기구 부착 단부를 갖는 캠샤프트와,상기 캠 스프라켓 기구 부착 단부 근방에서 상기 캠샤프트 상에 배치되고, 상기 캠샤프트의 축방향 이동을 규제하도록 구성 및 배열되는 캠 스러스트 플랜지와,상기 캠 스러스트 플랜지 상에 배치된 검출 타겟과,상기 검출 타겟에 대향 대면하고 상기 캠샤프트의 회전을 검출하도록 구성 및 배열된 센서와,상기 캠 스러스트 플랜지가 자유롭게 활주하는 방식으로 배치된 홈을 포함하고, 상기 홈 내에서 자유롭게 회전하도록 상기 캠샤프트를 축방향으로 지지하도록 구성되는 샤프트 베어링을 포함하고,상기 캠 스러스트 플랜지는 상기 홈 내에 배치되어 사이에 제1 간극을 형성하는 내측 주연부와, 상기 홈 내에 배치되어 사이에 상기 제1 간극보다 큰 제2 간극을 형성하는 외측 주연부를 포함하고, 상기 외측 및 내측 주연부는 이들 사이에서 양 측면 상에 단차를 형성하도록 추가로 구성 및 배열되는 캠샤프트 회전 검출 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캠 스러스트 플랜지는 상기 캠샤프트의 다른 부분보다 더 큰 외경을 갖는 캠샤프트 회전 검출 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캠 스러스트 플랜지와 상기 검출 타겟은 단일편 단일 부재로 함께 일체로 형성되는 캠샤프트 회전 검출 구조물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 검출 타겟은 상기 캠 스러스트 플랜지의 상기 외측 주연부에 형성된 노치부를 포함하는 캠샤프트 회전 검출 구조물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트 베어링은 상기 캠샤프트의 하반부를 축방향으로 지지하는 하부 샤프트 베어링부와, 상기 캠샤프트의 상반부를 축방향으로 지지하는 상부 샤프트 베어링부를 구비하고,그 위에 센서를 지지하도록 상기 상부 샤프트 베어링부 상에 일체로 형성된 센서 장착부를 추가로 포함하는 캠샤프트 회전 검출 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캠 스러스트 플랜지와 상기 캠샤프트는 단일편 단일 부재로 함께 일체로 형성되는 캠샤프트 회전 검출 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캠샤프트와 상기 캠 스러스트 플랜지는 조립된 캠샤프트를 형성하도록 조립되는 개별 부품인 캠샤프트 회전 검출 구조물.

- 캠샤프트 회전 검출 구조물이며,부품을 가동시키기 위한 캠샤프트 수단과,상기 캠샤프트 수단의 축방향 이동을 규제하기 위해 상기 캠샤프트 수단 상에 구성 및 배열되고 그 양 측면 상에 단차가 형성된 캠 스러스트 플랜지 수단과,상기 캠 스러스트 플랜지 수단 상에 검출 타겟을 제공하기 위한 검출 타겟 수단과,상기 검출 타겟 수단을 통하여 상기 캠샤프트 수단의 회전을 검출하기 위한 감지 수단과,상기 캠샤프트 수단을 자유롭게 회전하도록 지지하는 샤프트 베어링 수단을 포함하고,상기 캠 스러스트 플랜지 수단은 자유롭게 활주하는 방식으로 상기 샤프트 베어링 수단에 형성된 홈 내부에 배치되고,상기 캠 스러스트 플랜지 수단의 단차는 상기 캠 스러스트 플랜지 수단의 내측 주연부와 상기 홈 사이에 제1 간극을 형성하고 상기 캠 스러스트 플랜지 수단의 외측 주연부와 상기 홈 사이에 상기 제1 간극보다 큰 제2 간극을 형성하도록 구성된 캠샤프트 회전 검출 구조물.
