Claims (4)
- 고주파 전류를 흐르게 한 케이블 코일과 상기 케이블 코일을 개재한 활주 레일과,상기 활주 레일을 둘러싸고 전자 유도에 의한 전원을 공급 받는 픽업을 구비한 이송자를 포함하는 비접촉 급전장치에 있어서,상기 이송자는 E자형으로 형성된 강자성체 재질의 픽업코어와, 상기 픽업코어에 권선된 픽업코일과, 상기 픽업코어의 하측 및 상기 케이블코일의 하측에 위치한 제1 내지 제3 쇄교차폐코어로 이루어지고 상기 활주레일 위를 이동 가능하게 설치되고,상기 픽업코어는 강자성체의 재질로 형성되며 평행하게 위치한 상기 활주레일 사이에 위치한 내부픽업코어와 이의 양측에 이격 형성된 외부픽업코어로 구성되며,상기 제1 내지 제3 쇄교차폐코어는, 상기 케이블코일의 주위를 둘러싸기 위해 상기 외부픽업코어부, 내부픽업코어부의 하측 및 상기 케이블코일의 하측에 위치하여 상기 케이블코일 외부에 형성되는 자계의 자계 경로를 형성하고, 상기 제2 쇄교차폐코어는 다수개 열을 지어 적층 배열되며,상기 외부픽업코어부의 하측, 및 내부픽업코어부의 하측에 위치하는 제1 및 제3 쇄교차폐코어는 상기 케이블코일을 양측에서 대향하여 둘러싸기 위해 추가로 픽업코어의 하측에 부착되고, 상기 활주레일에 위치한 제2 쇄교차폐코어는 상기 활주레일의 공간을 커버하기 위해 케이블코일의 하측에 삽입된 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 급전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 케이블 코일은 다수의 에나멜 코팅선 다발로 구성된 각각의 케이블로 다줄 형성된 케이블코일인 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 급전장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 픽업코어는 다수개의 강자성체 코어를 접합하여 블럭 형성하고,상기 다수의 픽업코어의 상부를 권선하는 픽업코일을 구비하고,전력용량에 따라 상기 이송자를 복수개 직렬 연결하여 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 급전 장치.
- 제 1 항 ,제 2 항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 픽업은 동형인 수지재의 하우징으로 감싸진 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 급전 장치.
