Claims (11)
- 삭제
- 양극탭과 음극탭을 구비하는 전극조립체와 상기 전극조립체가 수용되는 캔과, 전극단자가 절연되어 형성되며 상기 캔의 상단개구부를 밀봉하는 캡플레이트를 구비하는 캡조립체를 포함하는 이차전지에 있어서,상기 캡플레이트 하면에 형성되는 보호소자홈과 상기 보호소자홈에 안착되며 상기 음극탭과 전극단자 사이에 연결되어 캔의 내부에 설치되는 써모브레이커를 포함하며,상기 써모브레이커는일단이 상기 음극탭에 연결되는 바이메탈과,일단이 상기 전극단자에 연결되며 타단이 상기 바이메탈에 접촉되는 단자리드선 및밀폐된 공간을 형성하며 상기 바이메탈과 단자리드선이 각각 양측면에서 내부로 삽입되어 밀폐된 공간에서 바이메탈과 단자리드선이 전기적으로 접촉되도록 하는 케이스를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 바이메탈은구리와 아연의 합금, 니켈과 망간 또는 철의 합금, 니켈과 크롬과 철의 합금 , 니켈과 망간과 구리의 합금 중의 어느 하나로 형성되는 팽창계수가 큰 금속과, 니켈과 철의 합금으로 형성되는 팽창계수가 적은 금속이 상하로 적층되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 바이메탈은 두께가 0.1 ∼ 1.0mm로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 바이메탈과 상기 단자리드선사이에는 탄성체가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 탄성체는 판스프링 또는 코일스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 케이스는 상부가 개방된 박스타입으로 양측면의 하단부에 상기 바이메탈과 단자리드선이 관통되어 고정되는 바이메탈홀과 단자리드선홀이 형성되는 케이스본체와 상기 케이스본체의 상부를 밀폐하는 커버를 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 케이스본체는 상기 단자리드선이 안착되는 위치의 하부에 제1관통홀이 형성되며,상기 단자리드선이 제1관통홀에 밀폐시키면서 상기 케이스본체의 하부로 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 케이스본체는 상기 바이메탈이 안착되는 위치의 하부에 제2관통홀이 형성되며,상기 바이메탈이 제2관통홀에 밀폐시키면서 상기 케이스본체의 하부로 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 케이스본체는 상기 단자리드선이 안착되는 위치의 하부에 제1관통홀이 형성되고 상기 바이메탈이 안착되는 위치의 하부에 제2관통홀이 형성되며,상기 단자리드선이 제1관통홀에 밀폐시키면서 상기 케이스본체의 하부로 노출되고 상기 바이메탈이 제2관통홀에 밀폐시키면서 상기 케이스본체의 하부로 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 케이스는 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리이미드 또는 폴리페닐 설파이드로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
