Claims (6)
- 제1 주기를 갖는 제1 워블 신호에 랜드 프리 피트 신호가 중첩된 제1 기준 신호와, 상기 제1 주기보다도 짧은 제2 주기를 갖는 제2 워블 신호로 이루어지는 제2 기준 신호 중 어느 하나를 취득하여, 상기 제1 기준 신호 및 제2 기준 신호 중 어느 하나에 동기한 클럭을 생성하는 PLL 회로에 있어서,제어 전압에 따른 발진 클럭을 출력하는 전압 제어 발진기와,상기 제1 워블 신호 및 상기 제2 워블 신호 중 어느 하나에 따라서 상기 전압 제어 발진기의 발진 클럭의 주파수 및 위상 중 적어도 한쪽을 제어하는 제1 루프와,상기 랜드 프리 피트 신호에 따라 상기 전압 제어 발진기의 발진 클럭의 주파수 및 위상 중 적어도 한쪽을 제어하는 제2 루프를 포함하며,상기 제1 기준 신호가 공급되었을 때, 상기 제1 및 제2 루프를 동작시켜 상기 발진 클럭을 제어하고,상기 제2 기준 신호가 공급되었을 때, 상기 제1 루프를 동작시킴과 함께, 상기 제2 루프를 무효로 하고, 상기 제1 루프에 의해서 상기 발진 클럭을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PLL 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 루프는,상기 제1 기준 신호가 공급되었을 때, 상기 제1 기준 신호와 상기 발진 클럭과의 위상 차에 따른 전압을 상기 전압 제어 발진기에 공급하고,상기 제2 기준 신호가 공급되었을 때, 소정의 전압을 상기 전압 제어 발진기에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PLL 회로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 루프는,상기 제1 워블 신호와 상기 발진 클럭과의 위상 차, 및 상기 제2 워블 신호와 상기 발진 클럭과의 위상 차 중 어느 하나에 따른 신호를 출력하는 위상 비교 회로와,상기 위상 비교 회로의 출력에 따라 전류를 제어하는 차지 펌프를 포함하며,상기 차지 펌프는, 구동 능력의 전환이 가능한 구성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 PLL 회로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 워블 신호, 상기 제2 워블 신호, 및 상기 발진 클럭 중 적어도 하나를 분주하는 분주기를 더 포함하며,상기 제1 기준 신호가 공급되었을 때와 상기 제2 기준 신호가 공급되었을 때에 상기 분주기의 분주 비율을 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PLL 회로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 전압 제어 발진기는,상기 제어 전압의 변화에 대한 상기 발진 클럭의 주파수 및 위상 중 적어도 한쪽의 변화의 정도가 변경 가능하게 설정되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 PLL 회로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 전압 제어 발진기는,상기 제1 및 제2 루프에 대응한 2개의 입력 단자와,이들 2개의 입력 단자에의 인가 전압에 대응하여 발진 출력하는 링오실레이터를 포함하고,상기 제1 루프는, 상기 제1 워블 신호와 상기 발진 클럭과의 위상 차, 및 상기 제2 워블 신호와 상기 발진 클럭과의 위상 차 중 어느 하나에 따른 전압을 상기 전압 제어 발진기의 한쪽의 입력 단자에 공급하며,상기 제2 루프는, 상기 랜드 프리 피트 신호와 상기 발진 클럭과의 위상 차에 따른 전압을 상기 전압 제어 발진기의 다른 쪽의 입력 단자에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PLL 회로.
