Claims (12)
- CO2 로 오염된 기류의 이산화탄소 제거 방법으로서,흡착 영역 내에서 정화될 기류를 하나 이상의 흡착제와 접촉시키는데,상기 흡착제는, 본질적으로 Si/Al 비가 1 내지 1.15 인 NaLSX 형의 제올라이트로 이루어지고; 98 % 이상의 교환도(degree of exchange)로 나트륨으로 교환되며, 상기 교환도는 나트륨 이온의 수 및 사면체의 위치에 있는 알루미늄 원자의 수 간의 비로서 표시되며, 교환 용량의 나머지는 칼륨 이온으로 채워진 것이며; 결합제에 의해 응집되었고; 흡착제 내의 잔류 불활성 결합제의 함량은 20 중량 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 응집된 제올라이트 조성물 내의 잔류 불활성 결합제의 함량이 5 중량 % 이하인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 압력 스윙 흡착 (PSA)에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 제올라이트 X 의 Si/Al 의 비가 1 인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 흡착 압력이 1 내지 10 bar 이고, 탈착 압력이 0.1 내지 2 bar 인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 하기 단계를 포함하는 처리 사이클의 수행을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:a) 흡착제 층을 포함하는 흡착 영역으로 오염된 기류를 통과시키는데, 그 흡착제 층은 흡착에 의해 오염물(들)을 분리시키고;b) 압력 구배를 만들고 상기 흡착 영역 내의 압력을 점차 저하시킴으로써, 흡착된 CO2 를 탈착하여, 흡착 영역 입구에서 CO2 를 회수하고;c) 흡착 영역 출구를 통해 순수 기류를 도입함으로써, 상기 흡착 영역의 압력을 상승시킴.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 흡착제가 100 내지 120 ℃ 의 온도에서 재생되는 방법.
- CO2 및 H2O 로 오염된 공기의 정화 방법으로서,흡착 영역 내에서 정화될 기류를 하나 이상의 건조제 및 하나 이상의 흡착제와 접촉시키는데,상기 흡착제는, 본질적으로 Si/Al 비가 1 내지 1.15 인 NaLSX 형의 제올라이트로 이루어지고; 98 % 이상의 교환도(degree of exchange)로 나트륨으로 교환되며, 상기 교환도는 나트륨 이온의 수 및 사면체의 위치에 있는 알루미늄 원자의 수 간의 비로서 표시되며, 교환 용량의 나머지는 칼륨 이온으로 채워진 것이며; 결합제에 의해 응집되었고; 흡착제 내의 잔류 불활성 결합제의 함량은 20 중량 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 하기 단계를 포함하는 처리 사이클의 수행을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:a) 건조제 층 및 제 1 항에 정의된 바와 같은 흡착제 층을 포함하는 흡착 영역으로 오염된 기류를 통과시키고;b) 압력 구배를 만들고 상기 흡착 영역 내의 압력을 점차 저하시킴으로써, 흡착된 CO2 를 탈착하여, 흡착 영역 입구에서 CO2 를 회수하며;c) 흡착 영역 출구를 통해 순수 기류를 도입함으로써, 상기 흡착 영역의 압력을 상승시킴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, CO2 로 오염된 기류가 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 압력 온도 스윙 흡착 (PTSA) 에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 건조제가 알루미나 기재인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
