Description
Claims (17)
- 공기로부터 산소 또는 질소를 회수하기 위한 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치가 대기압보다 높은 흡착 압력과 대기압보다 낮은 탈착 압력 사이에서 주기적으로 순환하도록 작동되고, 상기 장치에는 공급 공기로부터 흡착이 보다 용이한 성분으로서 질소를 선택적으로 흡착할 수 있는 1개 이상의 흡착베드가 포함되어 있고, 각각의 흡착베드가 베드의 공급측 단부에 리튬 교환된 제올라이트 X 흡착물질과, 반대쪽의 생성물측 단부에 종래의 비이온 교환 제올라이트 X 흡착물질을 포함하는 복합베드로서 혼입되는 것을 개선으로 하며, 상기 리튬 교환된 제올라이트 X 흡착물질이 전체 흡착베드의 25% 내지 95%로 포함되는 상기 공급측 단부로부터 연장되고, 구성상 Si/Al2몰비가 2.0 내지 3.0 이고, 88% 내지 100%의 AlO2-4면체 단위가 리튬 양이온과 결합되어 있는 리튬 양이온 형태의 제올라이트 X를 포함하므로써, 전체가 리튬 교환된 제올라이트 X 흡착제인 장치에 비해 전력 요구량이 현저한 증가 없이, 제조 비용을 바람직하게 절감시킬 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리튬 교환된 제올라이트 X 흡착물질의 베드 부분이 베드 전체의 50% 내지 75% 임을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 종래의 흡착물질이 13X을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 리튬 교환된 제올라이트 X 흡착물질에 90% 내지 100%의 AlO2-4면체 단위가 리튬 양이온과 결합되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 95% 내지 100%의 AlO2-4면체 단위가 리튬 양이온과 결합되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 리튬 교환된 제올라이트 X 흡착물질의 베드 부분이 베드 전체의 50% 내지 75%임을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장치가 산소 생성물을 제조하도록 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장치가 질소 생성물을 제조하도록 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 징공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 장치가 순도가 88% 내지 93%인 산소 생성물을 제조하도록 도어 있음을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리튬 교환된 제올라이트 X 흡착물질과 종래의 흡착물질의 복합 베드의 상류측의 공급측 단부에 종래의 비이온 교환 제올라이트 X 흡착물질이 포함되고, 리튬 교환된 제올라이트 X 흡착물질이 베드의 각 단부에서 종래의 흡착물질 사이에 상기 베드의 중간부분을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 베드의 공급측 단부에 있는 종래의 흡착제가 베드 전체의 5% 내지 30%의 베드 부분을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 종래의 흡착제가 13X를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 종래의 흡착제가 13X를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 95% 내지 100%의 AlO2-4면체 단위가 리튬 양이온과 결합되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 장치가 2개의 흡착베드를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 장치가 2개의 흡착베드를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 장치가 2개의 흡착베드를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 진공 압력 순환 흡착 장치.
