Claims (11)
- 갱내수 및 염화나트륨을 교반하는 교반조;상기 교반조에 의해 교반된 갱내수를 전기분해시키는 전기분해조;상기 전기분해조에서 전기분해시 발생하는 가스를 포집하여 수용액화하는 가스 스크러버(scrubber); 및상기 전기분해조에서 반응된 갱내수를 상등수 및 슬러지로 분리하는 침전조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는산화제를 이용한 폐광산 갱내수 정화처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 침전조의 하류에는 상기 침전조에서 분리된 상등수를 여과시켜 방류시키는 여과장치, 상기 침전조에서 분리된 슬러지를 농축하는 슬러지 PIT 및 농축조, 상기 슬러지 PIT 및 농축조를 통과한 슬러지를 완전히 탈수하여 케익 형태로 배출하는 탈수기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화제를 이용한 폐광산 갱내수 정화처리장치.
- 염화나트륨을 전기분해하여 차염수를 형성하는 차염수 형성부;상기 차염수 형성부에 의해 형성된 차염수를 갱내부에 적절히 혼합하여 반응시키는 반응조;상기 반응조에서 갱내수 및 차염수의 반응시에 발생하는 가스를 포집하여 수용액화하는 가스 스크러버(scrubber);상기 반응조에서 미반응된 금속이온을 금속염화물로 반응시킴과 더불어 pH를 조절하는 pH 조절조; 및상기 반응조 및 pH 조절조에서 반응 처리된 갱내수를 상등수 및 슬러지로 분리하는 침전조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화제를 이용한 폐광산 갱내수 정화처리장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 차염수 형성부는 염화나트륨 수용액이 저장된 염화나트륨 저장조, 염화나트륨 수용액을 포화염액 상태로 유지시키는 액염조, 이 포화염액을 3~4%의 농도로 조정하는 농도조정조, 농도조정조의 염수를 전기분해하여 차염수를 형성하는 전기분해조, 및 전기분해조에 의해 형성된 차염수(NaOCl 수용액)를 일시 저장하는 차염수 저장조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 산화제를 이용한 폐광산 갱내수 정화처리장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 침전조의 하류에는 상기 침전조에서 분리된 상등수를 여과시켜 방류시키는 여과장치, 상기 침전조에서 분리된 슬러지를 농축하는 슬러지 PIT 및 농축조, 상기 슬러지 PIT 및 농축조를 통과한 슬러지를 완전히 탈수하여 케익 형태로 배출하는 탈수기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화제를 이용한 폐광산 갱내수 정화처리장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 정화처리장치는 전기분해시의 전류량 및 염화나트륨 수용액 및 차염수의 농도를 조절하는 조절부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화제를 이용한 폐광산 갱내수 정화처리장치.
- 염화나트륨을 갱내수에 교반하는 단계;상기 염화나트륨이 교반된 갱내수를 전기분해시키는 단계; 및상기 갱내수를 상등수와 슬러지로 분리시켜 배출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화제를 이용한 폐광산 갱내수 정화처리 제어방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 교반조에 주입되는 염화나트륨 수용액의 농도는 1~5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화제를 이용한 폐광산 갱내수 정화처리 제어방법.
- 전기분해에 의해 형성된 차아염소산나트륨을 갱내수에 투입하는 단계;상기 차아염소산나트륨 및 갱내수를 반응시키는 반응단계;상기 반응처리된 갱내수의 pH를 조절하는 pH 조절단계; 및상기 갱내수를 상등수와 슬러지로 분리시켜 배출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화제를 이용한 폐광산 갱내수 정화처리 제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 차아염소산나트륨을 투입하는 단계에서, 차아염소산나트륨 수용액(차염수)의 농도는 대략 0.8%의 농도로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화제를 이용한 폐광산 갱내수 정화처리 제어방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,전기분해시의 전류량, 염화나트륨 수용액 및 차염수의 농도를 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화제를 이용한 폐광산 갱내수 정화처리 제어방법.
