Claims (5)
- 폐수가 유입되는 폐수 유입구와 응집처리된 처리수가 유출되는 처리수 유출구가 구비되어 전기응집반응이 이루어지는 반응챔버, 상기 반응챔버의 내부에 음극판과 양극판이 일정간격의 교호로 배열 고정되어지되 폐수에 전류를 부과하여 폐수 내의 입자성 오염물질을 전기응집시키는 전극판 및 상기 전극판에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부가 구비된 전기응집을 통한 폐수처리장치에 있어서,
상기 반응챔버의 폐수 유입구 상에 설치되어지되 상기 폐수 유입구를 통해 상기 반응챔버의 내부로 유입되는 폐수에 무기응집제와 유기응집제가 90~99.9 : 0.1~10 중량%의 비율로 혼합 조성된 혼합응집제 또는 무기응집제를 투입 반응시켜 폐수 내의 부유입자나 에멀젼입자 및 불용성 입자의 응집이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 응집제 투입기;
상기 반응챔버의 폐수 유입구 일측에 설치되어지되 오존(O3)을 생성하여 상기 폐수 유입구를 통해 유입되는 폐수에 생성된 오존(O3)을 주입하는 오존 발생기; 및
상기 반응챔버의 내부 일측에 설치되어 주기적인 초음파 발진을 통해 상기 전극판의 표면에 부착되는 스케일을 제거하는 초음파 발생기를 포함한 구성으로 이루어지며,
상기 응집제 투입량은 폐수의 성상에 따라 10~10,000ppm의 양으로 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기응집을 통한 폐수처리장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 무기응집제는 폴리황산제2철, 황산제2철, 염화제2철, 염화알루미늄, 폴리염화알루미늄 및 황산알루미늄 중 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기응집을 통한 폐수처리장치.
