Claims (23)
- 판상의 입자가 면방향으로 배향적층되어 1차 조립된 형태를 가지는 제1의 탄소 분말 입자; 및상기 탄소 분말 입자의 표면에는 제2의 미세한 탄소 분말 입자가 2차 조립되어 있는 구조를 가지는 음극 활물질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 15 내지 45 Mpa의 입자 압축강도를 가지는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 0.5㎛ 이하의 기공이 차지하는 미세 기공율이 10% 내지 40%인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 0.5㎛ 이하의 기공이 차지하는 미세 기공율이 15% 내지 40%인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 0.5㎛ 이하의 기공이 차지하는 미세 기공율이 15 내지 35%인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 0.1㎛ 이하의 기공이 차지하는 미세 기공율이 3 내지 12%인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 0.1㎛ 이하의 기공이 차지하는 미세 기공율이 3 내지 10%인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질의 미세 기공율이 극판의 미세 기공율의 1.1 내지 2.0배인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극은 10 내지 100㎛ 범위의 기공이 차지하는 기공율이 30 내지 60%인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 탄소 분말 입자는 입경이 10 ㎛ 내지 25 ㎛인 구형 또는 유사구형의 천연흑연 또는 인조흑연인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 탄소 분말 입자는 X-선 회절 분석에 의한 (110)면과 (002)면의 강도비(intensity ratio)가 0.002 내지 0.2인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 미세 탄소 분말 입자는 평균 길이 또는 입경이 0.5 ㎛ 내지 5㎛인 미세 흑연 입자인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 탄소 분말 입자의 표면에 제2의 미세 탄소 분말 입자이외에 비정질 탄소 코팅층이 더 존재하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 입자의 장축/단축의 비가 1 내지 4인 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 입자의 장축/단축의 비가 1 내지 3의 범위에 있는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 1.0 g/cc 내지 1.30g/cc의 탭밀도를 가지며, 0.6 내지 1.0 g/cc의 겉보기 밀도를 가지는 탄소물질인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질의 BET 법에 의하여 측정된 비표면적은 2.0 내지 4.0 m3/g인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극은 1.5g/cc 내지 2.0g/cc 의 극판 밀도를 가지는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 탄소물질을 기계적 역학적 분쇄과정을 통하여 구형화 또는 유사구형화함과 동시에 1차 조립하고,표면간 마찰 및 전단력을 부여하는 분쇄기를 이용하여 상기 구형화 또는 유사구형화 과정에서 생성된 미세한 탄소분말 입자를 탄소물질의 표면에서 2차 조립하고,상기 조립체를 열처리하여 음극 활물질을 제조하고,상기 음극 활물질을 금속 집전체에 도포한 후 건조, 압연하는공정을 포함하는 제1항의 리튬 이차 전지용 음극의 제조방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 2차 조립 단계에서 비정질 탄소 전구체를 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극의 제조방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 비정질 탄소 전구체는 탄소물질 100 중량부에 대하여 5 내지 30 중량부의 양으로 첨가되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극의 제조방법.
- 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극;제1항 내지 제16항 및 제18항 및 제19항중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 음극; 및리튬염과 비수성 용매를 포함하는 전해질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지.
