Claims (7)
- 양전극 및 음전극으로 구성되는 전극부;상기 양전극과 음전극을 전기적으로 분리하는 세퍼레이터; 및소정의 전압이 인가되었을 때 상기 양전극와 상기 음전극의 표면에서 전기이중층이 형성되도록 상기 양전극와 음전극 사이의 이격공간에 채워지며, 피롤리디늄계염으로된 용질 또는 피롤리디늄계염과 암모늄계염이 혼합된 용질이 1.25 ~ 2.5 mol/L의 농도를 가지도록 용매에 혼합되어 있는 전해질 용액을 포함하는 전기이중층 캐패시터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전해질 용액의 농도는 1.25 ~ 2.0mol/L인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기이중층 캐패시터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 피롤리디늄계염은 부틸메틸피롤리디늄, 에틸메틸피롤리디늄, 디메틸피롤리디늄 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기이중층 캐패시터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 암모늄계염은 테트라에틸암모늄 테트라플루오로보레이트, 에틸메틸이미다졸륨 테트라플루오로보레이트, 테트라에틸암모늄 헥사플루오로보레이트, 테트라에틸암모늄 퍼클로레이트 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기이중층 캐패시터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 용매는 프로필렌 카보네이트(PC), 에틸렌 카보네이트(EC), 디메틸 카보네이트(DMC), 디에틸 카보네이트(DEC), 에틸메틸 카보네이트(EMC) 중에서 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기이중층 캐패시터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 용매는 에틸렌 카보네이트(EC)가 10~40 vol%가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기이중층 캐패시터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전극은 유기용매 내에서 100~300 F/g의 축전 용량을 가지는 활성탄소인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기이중층 캐패시터.
