- 다른 저장실과 단열벽을 거쳐서 약냉동실을 배치하고, 상기 약냉동실로의 냉기 유입 경로에 댐퍼를 설치하고, 냉장고의 제어 수단은 상기 약냉동실에서 식품을 약냉동하는 경우에, 상기 댐퍼를 개방 상태로 하여 증발기로부터의 냉기를 냉각팬에 의해 강제적으로 유입시켜 상기 약냉동실의 냉동고내 온도를 약냉동 온도대인 -5 ℃ 내지 - 10℃ 사이로 설정된 보존 온도보다 낮은 설정 온도까지 급속 냉동 제어를 행하고, 그 후 상기 약냉동실의 냉동고내 온도를 상기 보존 온도로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 약냉동실은 단열벽을 거쳐서 냉동실 내부에 배치되고, 상기 약냉동실로의 냉기 유입 경로에 댐퍼를 설치하고, 상기 약냉동실을 가열하는 히터를 설치하고, 상기 약냉동실에서 식품을 약냉동하는 경우에, 상기 댐퍼를 개방 상태로 하여 증발기로부터의 냉기를 냉각팬에 의해 강제적으로 유입시켜 상기 약냉동실의 냉동고내 온도를 약냉동 온도대인 -5 ℃ 내지 - 10℃ 사이로 설정된 보존 온도보다 낮은 설정 온도까지 급속 냉동 제어를 행하고, 그 후 냉동고 내 온도가 보존 온도보다 낮은 경우에, 상기 히터를 통전하고, 최대 빙결정 생성대의 하한치 이상으로 오버 슈트하지 않도록 하여 상기 약냉동실의 냉동고내 온도를 상기 보존 온도로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제10항에 있어서, 최대 빙결정 생성대의 하한치보다 소정 온도 저하치까지 급속 냉동 운전을 행하고, 그 후 약냉동 온도대를 보유 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 급속 냉동 운전 중에는 상기 냉각기의 제상 수단을 동작시키지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
