- 삭제
- 폴리페놀계 물질 또는 바이오플라보노이드계 물질을 포함하는 식물의 분말 또는 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항비만용 탄수화물 식품에 있어서, 상기 탄수화물 식품은 밀가루 100중량부에 감잎 분말 5중량부 및 치커리 분말 5중량부를 혼합하여 반죽후 국수로 만들어서 제조한 밀가루 국수임을 특징으로 하는 항비만용 탄수화물 식품.
- 폴리페놀계 물질 또는 바이오플라보노이드계 물질을 포함하는 식물의 분말 또는 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항비만용 탄수화물 식품에 있어서, 상기 탄수화물 식품은 밀가루 240중량부에 녹차잎 분말 5중량부, 감귤피 열수추출물 5중량부, 메밀잎 분말 10중량부, 치커리 분말 10중량부 및 구기자잎 분말 5중량부, 양파가루 10중량부, 마늘가루 10중량부 및 당근가루 5중량부를 혼합하여 반죽후 라면으로 만들어서 제조한 밀가루 라면임을 특징으로 하는 항비만용 탄수화물 식품.
