Claims (14)
- 액체조성물을 일시적으로 저장하는 트레이 하부에 유출구의 직경이 유입구의 직경보다 작은 테이퍼된 노즐이 복수개 장착된 통상의 구슬아이스크림 제조장치에 있어서,상기 트레이는 상부트레이(31)와 하부트레이(23)로 나누어지며, 하부트레이(23) 하부에는 외부노즐(11)이 장착되고, 상부트레이(31) 하부에는 내부노즐(12)이 장착되며, 내부노즐(12)은 하부트레이(23)를 관통하여 외부노즐(11)의 내부에 위치하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이중분사노즐(10)이 장착된 액체조성물 적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부노즐(11)은 하부트레이(23)와 공급관1(22)를 통하여 저장탱크1(21)와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중분사노즐(10)이 장착된 액체조성물 적하장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 공급관1(22)의 끝 부분에 최고수위센서(24) 및 최저수위센서(25)를 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 이중분사노즐(10)이 장착된 액체조성물 적하장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 공급관1(22)의 끝 부분에는 통공이 형성된 판상의 감압막1(26)을 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 이중분사노즐(10)이 장착된 액체조성물 적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부노즐(12)은 상부트레이(31)와 공급관2(32)를 통하여 저장탱크2(33)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중분사노즐(10)이 장착된 액체조성물 적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상부트레이(31)에는 통공이 형성된 판상의 감암막2(36)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 이중분사노즐(10)이 장착된 액체조성물 적하장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 공급관2(32)에는 역류방지장치(34)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 이중분사노즐(10)이 장착된 액체조성물 적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부노즐(11)의 유입구 직경은 6-15mm이고, 유출구의 직경은 2.5-5.0mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중분사노즐(10)이 장착된 액체조성물 적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부노즐(12)의 유입구 직경은 3-10mm이며, 유출구 직경은 1.0-2.5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중분사노즐(10)이 장착된 액체조성물 적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부노즐(12)의 유출구는 외부노즐(11)의 유출구 보다 2-5mm보다 상부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중분사노즐(10)이 장착된 액체조성물 적하장치.
- 보다 직경이 큰 외부노즐(11) 속에 보다 직경이 작은 내부노즐(12)을 위치시키고, 각 노즐(11, 12)에 서로 다른 액체조성물을 공급하며, 내부노즐(12)의 압력이 외부노즐(11)의 압력보다 높도록하여 내부노즐(12)을 통과한 액체조성물이 외부노즐(11)을 통과한 액체조성물을 밀어내면서 냉동실로 적하되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구슬아이스크림의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 내부노즐(12)을 통과한 액체조성물은 외부노즐(11)을 통과한 액체조성물 내부에 충전되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구슬아이스크림의 제조방법.
