Claims (8)
- 액체 조성물을 공급받아 저장하는 용기와, 상기 액체 조성물의 양과 속도를 제어하기 위해 상기 저장용기의 출구에 설치되는 제어기와, 상기 제어기의 출력부에 연결되는 다수의 상광하협의 다단계형 노즐과, 상기 노즐로부터 액체 조성물이 공급되며, 극저온 냉매탕이 수용되는 냉동 챔버와, 상기 냉동 챔버 내부에 설치된 경사 수로판과, 상기 경사 수로판에 극저온 냉매를 공급하는 냉매 공급수단으로 구성된 액체 동결물 형성장치에 있어서,상기 냉동 챔버(4)의 내부에 수용되며, 상기 냉매탕에 잠기는 일 부분에는 오리피스(6)가 형성되어 있고, 아래쪽을 향해 점차 좁아지다가 하단에 출구가 형성되어 있는 이중벽 용기(5)와;상기 이중벽 용기(5)의 안쪽에 설치되며, 아래쪽으로 경사지게 지그재그식으로 배치된 2개 이상의 경사 수로판(7)과;상기 냉동 챔버(4)의 외부에 설치되어 극저온 냉매를 상기 경사 수로판(7)에 공급하는 냉매통(8)과;상기 냉매통(8)에 연결된 압력 제어기(9)와;상기 이중벽 용기(5)의 출구에 설치된 액체 동결물 이송수단(22)과;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 동결물 형성장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액체 동결물 이송수단(22)은 스크류 컨베이어인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 동결물 형성장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,냉동 챔버(4)에는, 챔버 내부의 팬을 구동시키는 스크류 펌프(27)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 동결물 형성장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,냉동 챔버(4)의 상부에는 벤트(12)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 동결물 형성장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,냉동 챔버(4)의 상부에는 흡입팬(13)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 동결물 형성장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액체 조성물 저장용기(19)에는, 과일 낱알 보관통(15)과 필터(17)가 추가적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 동결물 형성장치.
