Claims (8)
- 슬래그를 환원하기 위해 정광, 산소함유 가스 및 플럭스 외에 야금용 코크스를 서스펜션 용광로속에 공급함으로써, 서스펜션 용광로내에서 비철금속의 생산중에 발생하는 슬래그중의 비철금속 성분을 저감하는 방법으로서, 용광로속으로 공급하는 코크스를 1 - 25 mm 범위의 입자 크기를 갖는 야금용 코크스로 하는 방법에 있어서, 비철금속을 함유하는 입자가 용광로의 뒷부분으로 부유하여 슬래그와 함께 용광로 밖으로 유출되는 것을 방지하기 위해, 용광로의 내부에 지붕으로부터 아래로 배플을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 용광로내에서 비철금속의 생산중에 발생하는 슬래그중의 비철금속 성분의 저감 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코크스는 정광 버너를 통해 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 용광로내에서 비철금속의 생산중에 발생하는 슬래그중의 비철금속 성분의 저감 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배플(10)은 용융 슬래그 욕(7)의 내부까지 신장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 용광로내에서 비철금속의 생산중에 발생하는 슬래그중의 비철금속 성분의 저감 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배플(10)은 슬래그층(7)의 표면 부근까지 신장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 용광로내에서 비철금속의 생산중에 발생하는 슬래그중의 비철금속 성분의 저감 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배플(10)은 내화 재료에 의해 보호되는 수냉 구리 부재로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 용광로내에서 비철금속의 생산중에 발생하는 슬래그중의 비철금속 성분의 저감 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비철금속은 구리인 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 용광로내에서 비철금속의 생산중에 발생하는 슬래그중의 비철금속 성분의 저감 방법.
