Claims (20)
- (A) 내화골재들에 첨가되는 수지의 연화점 이상의 온도에서 마그네시아, 돌로마, 흑연, 탄소, 탄화규소 및 그들의 조합들로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 내화골재를 예열하는 단계;(B) 단계 (A)의 가열된 내화골재에 수지를 첨가하는 단계;(C) 내화골재를 수지로 코팅하기 위한 조건들하에서 수지 및 가열된 내화골재를 혼합하는 단계; 및(D) 자유-유동의 수지코팅된 내화골재를 회수하는 단계로 형성되며,여기서, 상기 수지는 수지중량을 기준으로 약 2중량% 이하의 용매를 더 함유하고 내화골재는 내화형상으로 형성되는 수지코팅내화골재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 레졸들 및 노볼락들로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 페놀수지를 함유하는 수지코팅내화골재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 교차결합제, 가소제들, 산화방지제들, 유동변성제들, 물 및 비활성증량제들로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 희석제를 더 포함하는 노볼락수지인 수지코팅내화골재.

- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 내화형상은 B-단계 경화수지(B-stage cured resin)를 경화하기 위해 더 가열되는 내화골재로부터 내화형상들을 형성하는 방법.
