Claims (13)
- 그 사이에 액정층을 게재하고 있는 제1 및 제2기판과,상기 제1기판 위에 형성되고 화소영역을 정의하는 데이터배선 및 게이트배선과,상기 제1기판 위에 형성된 박막트랜지스터와,상기 박막트랜지스터의 소스/드레인전극 위에 형성된 소스/드레인전극 패턴용 레지스트격벽과,상기 소스/드레인전극 패턴용 포토레지스트 격벽 사이에 형성된 잉크젯 컬러필터층과,상기 소스/드레인전극에 접속된 화소전극을 포함하여 이루어진 잉크젯 컬러필터 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소스/드레인전극 패턴용 포토레지스트 격벽이 차광층인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 컬러필터 액정표시소자.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소스/드레인전극 패턴용 포토레지스트 격벽이 아크릴로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 컬러필터 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화소전극이 ITO(indium tin oxide)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 컬러필터 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화소전극이 상기 소스/드레인전극 패턴용 포토레지스트 격벽의 컨택홀을 통하여 상기 소스/드레인전극에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 컬러필터 액정표시소자.
- 투명기판 위에 게이트전극 및 게이트배선을 형성하는 단계와,상기 게이트전극 위에 게이트절연막을 형성하는 단계와,상기 게이트절연막 위에 반도체층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 반도체층 위에 금속을 적층하고 그 위에 포토레지스트를 적층한 후 패터닝하여 소스/드레인전극 및 상기 게이트배선과 함께 화소영역을 정의하는 데이터배선을 형성하는 단계와,상기 기판 전체에 걸쳐 보호막을 형성하는 단계와,상기 소스/드레인전극 패턴용 포토레지스트를 격벽으로 하여 그 사이에 잉크를 분사하므로써 컬러필터층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 소스/드레인전극 패턴용 포토레지스트를 식각하여 소스/드레인전극과 외부전극과의 접속용 컨택홀을 형성하는 단계와,상기 화소영역 내에 금속을 적층하고 패터닝하여 화소전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 잉크젯 컬러필터 액정표시소자의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 보호막을 형성하는 단계가 상기 보호막을 불소처리하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 컬러필터 액정표시소자의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 화소전극이 ITO(indium tin oxide)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 컬러필터 액정표시소자의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 소스/드레인전극 패턴용 포토레지스트 격벽이 차광층인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 컬러필터 액정표시소자의 제조 방법.
- 투명기판 위에 버퍼층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 버퍼층 위에 반도체층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 폴리실리콘층 위에 게이트절연막을 형성하는 단계와,상기 게이트절연막 위에 금속을 적층한 후 패터닝하여 게이트전극 및 게이트배선을 형성하는 단계와,상기 기판 전체에 걸쳐 보호막을 형성하는 단계와,상기 보호막을 식각하여 외부전극과의 접속용 컨택홀을 형성하는 단계와,상기 보호막 위에 금속을 적층하고 그 위에 포토레지스트를 적층한 후 패터닝하여 소스/드레인전극 및 상기 게이트배선과 함께 화소영역을 정의하는 데이터배선을 형성하는 단계와,상기 소스/드레인전극 패턴용 포토레지스트를 격벽으로 하여 그 사이에 잉크를 분사하므로써 컬러필터층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 소스/드레인전극 패턴용 포토레지스트를 제거하는 단계와,상기 화소영역 내에 금속을 적층하고 패터닝하여 화소전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 잉크젯 컬러필터 액정표시소자의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 반도체층을 형성하는 단계가,상기 버퍼층 위에 비정질실리콘을 증착하는 단계와,상기 비정질실리콘을 열처리하여 수소를 제거하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 컬러필터 액정표시소자의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 소스/드레인전극 위에 차광층을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 컬러필터 액정표시소자의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 화소전극이 ITO(indium tin oxide)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 컬러필터 액정표시소자의 제조 방법.
