Claims (11)
- 복수의 감광체가 소정 간격으로 장착되는 고정프레임;화상형성장치 본체프레임과 상기 고정프레임의 결합을 가이드하도록 상기 고정프레임에 마련되는 가이드 돌출부;상기 가이드 돌출부를 삽입하도록 상기 본체프레임에 형성되는 가이드레일;상기 가이드 돌출부를 소정 위치에 고정하도록 상기 가이드레일에 마련되는 위치 결정부; 를 포함하여 본체프레임의 소정 위치에 상기 고정프레임이 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가이드 돌출부를 상기 위치 결정부에 록킹시키는 잠금부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 가이드 돌출부는 주가이드 돌출부와 보조가이드 돌출부를 포함하고,상기 위치 결정부는 상기 주가이드 돌출부를 다점 지지하는 주위치 결정부와 상기 보조가이드 돌출부를 1점 지지하는 보조위치 결정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 주가이드 돌출부는 원통 형상이고,상기 주위치 결정부는 상기 가이드레일의 양 측면과 상기 가이드레일 일 단 부의 V 자 형상의 면을 포함하여,상기 주위치 결정부가 상기 주가이드 돌출부를 4점 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 보조가이드 돌출부는 원통 형상이고,상기 보조위치 결정부는 상기 가이드레일의 일 측면이 상기 보조가이드 돌출부와 접하는 면을 포함하여,상기 보조위치 결정부가 상기 보조가이드 돌출부를 1점 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 잠금부재는, 상기 보조가이드 돌출부를 상기 주위치 결정부 및 보조위치 결정부 방향으로 가압하는 탄성부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 주가이드 돌출부가 상기 보조가이드 돌출부와 잠금부재 사이의 간극을 용이하게 통과하도록, 상기 주가이드 돌출부의 외경은 보조가이드 돌출부의 외경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가이드 돌출부는, 상기 고정프레임의 양 측면으로 돌출되는 감광체 회전축의 단부에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 감광체에 현상된 토너화상이 전사되는 전사유닛을 더 포함하며,상기 전사유닛은 상기 고정프레임과 일체로 결합되어 본체프레임의 소정 위치에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 전사유닛의 일 단부는, 상기 고정프레임의 일 단부에 형성된 C 자 형상의 결합홈에 회동 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 결합홈의 개구에서 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 화상형성장치는, 상기 고정프레임에 2개의 감광체를 장착하는 2패스 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
