Claims (5)
- 내연기관(1) 및 전동기(32, 33)를 사용하여 운행되는 하이브리드 차량의 상기 내연기관(1)의 배기 통로(7)상에 배치된 배기 정화 촉매(19)를 이용한 내연기관(1)의 배기 정화 장치에 있어서,상기 내연기관(1) 및 상기 전동기(32, 33)의 각 출력의 배분을 제어하는 출력 배분 제어 수단(40)과,상기 배기 정화 촉매(19)의 산소 흡장량을 산출하는 흡장량 산출 수단(18)을 구비하고,상기 출력 배분 제어 수단(40)은 상기 흡장량 산출 수단(l8)에 의해서 산출되는 산소 흡장량이 소정 범위내가 되도록, 상기 내연기관(1) 및 상기 전동기(32, 33)의 출력 배분을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡장량 산출 수단(18)에 의해서 산출되는 산소 흡장량이 소정 범위 내인 경우에는 배기 공연비에 의거한 공연비 피드백 제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 정화 장치.
- 내연기관(1) 및 전동기(32, 33)를 사용하여 운행되는 하이브리드 차량의 상기 내연기관(1)의 배기 통로(7)상에 배치된 배기 정화 촉매(19)를 이용한 내연기관(1)의 배기 정화 장치에 있어서,상기 내연기관(1) 및 상기 전동기(32, 33)의 각 출력의 배분을 제어하는 출력 배분 제어 수단(40)을 구비하고,상기 출력 배분 제어 수단(40)은 상기 배기 정화 촉매(19)부터 유출하는 배기 가스 중의 특정 성분량이 소정 범위내가 되도록, 상기 내연기관(1) 및 상기 전동기(32, 33)의 출력 배분을 제어하고,상기 특정 성분량은 산소량, 일산화탄소량, 질소산화물량, 탄화수소량에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 배기 정화 촉매(19)부터 유출하는 배기 가스 중의 상기 특정 성분량이 소정범위내인 경우에는 배기 공연비에 의거한 공연비 피드백 제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 정화 장치.
- 내연기관(1) 및 전동기(32, 33)를 사용하여 운행되는 하이브리드 차량의 상기 내연기관(1)의 배기 통로(7) 상에 배치된 배기 정화 촉매(19)의 산소 흡장 작용을 이용하는 내연기관(1)의 배기 정화 장치의 제어방법에 있어서,상기 배기 정화 촉매(19)로부터 유출하는 배기 가스 중의 특정 성분량이 소정 범위로 되도록, 상기 내연기관(1) 및 상기 전동기(32, 33)의 출력 배분을 제어하고,상기 특정 성분량은 산소량, 일산화탄소량, 질소산화물량, 탄화수소량에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 정화 장치의 제어방법.
