Abstract
Description
본 발명에 의한 합금은 고온에서 기계적으로 압력을 받고/또는 산화성 또는 부식성 매체에서 작동하는 모든 종류의 부품을 제조하는데 사용될 수 있다. 더 나아가 본 발명의 또 다른 주제는 합금으로부터 상술한 방법으로 특히 주조에 의해 제조된 물품이다.

Claims (10)
- 고온의, 산화 또는 부식성 매체에서, 기계 강도를 갖고, 다음 원소를 필수적으로 포함하는 (비율은 합금의 중량%로 표시) 코발트를 주원료로 한 내열 합금으로서,Cr 26 내지 34 %Ni 6 내지 12 %W 4 내지 8 %Ta 2 내지 4 %C 0.2 내지 0.5 %Fe 3 % 미만Si 1 % 미만Mn 0.5 % 미만Zr 0.1 % 미만나머지는 코발트와 부득이한 불순물로 구성되고,탄소에 대한 탄탈룸(tantalum)의 몰비(molar ratio)는 0.4 내지 1인, 코발트를 주원료로 한 내열 합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 원소의 비율은,Cr 28 내지 32 %Ni 8 내지 10 %W 5 내지 7 %Ta 2.5 내지 3.5 %C 0.3 내지 0.45 %범위 내에 있는, 코발트를 주원료로 한 내열 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 탄소에 대한 탄탈룸의 몰비는 0.45 내지 0.9인, 코발트를 주원료로 한 내열 합금.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 원소의 비율은 약Cr 29 %Ni 8.5 %C 0.38 %W 5.7 %Ta 2.9 %인,코발트를 주원료로 한 내열 합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 원소의 비율은 약Cr 28 %Ni 8.5 %C 0.22 %W 5.7 %Ta 3 %인,코발트를 주원료로 한 내열 합금.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄화물의 불연속적인 입자간 상(intergranular phase)을 나타내는, 코발트를 주원료로 한 내열 합금.

- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 합금으로 만들어지고, 광물면(mineral wool) 제조를 위해 섬유를 뽑는 방적기(fibre-drawing spinner)로 구성된, 물품.
- 제 9항에 기재된 물품 제조 방법으로서,주형(mould)에 용융 합금을 주조하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 주조된 물품의 열처리는 1100 내지 1250℃의 온도에서 제 1 어닐링(annealing)과, 850 내지 1050℃의 온도에서 제 2 어닐링을 포함하는, 물품 제조 방법.
