Claims (16)
- 산화 매질에서 고온의 기계 강도를 가지며, 몰리브덴 및 텅스텐을 함유하지 않고, 탄화물 침전에 의해 강화된 크롬 함유 매트릭스를 포함하는 합금에 있어서,상기 합금은 티타늄, 지르코늄 및 하프늄으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 복수의 금속(M)의 탄화물을 포함하고,상기 탄화물은 탄탈(M')을 함유하며,상기 합금은,Cr 23% 내지 34%Ni 6% 내지 12%M = Zr 또는 Ti 0.2% 내지 7%M' = Ta 0% 보다 크고 7% 미만C 0.2% 내지 1.2%Fe 0% 보다 크고 3% 미만Si 0% 보다 크고 1% 미만Mn 0% 보다 크고 0.5% 미만의원소로 필수 구성되며 (비율이 합금 중의 중량%로 표시됨), 나머지는 코발트 및 필연적인 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 합금.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 0.2 중량%의 탄소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 금속(M)과, 금속(M')을 포함하고, 금속/탄소의 몰비 (M+M')/C는 0.9 내지 2인 것을 특징으로 하는, 합금.

- 제 11항 또는 제 12항에 있어서, 광물면을 제조하기 위한 섬유화 스피너(fiberizing spinner)로 이루어진, 물품.
- 제 11항 또는 제 12항에 기재된 물품을 제조하는 방법으로서,주형(mold)에서 용융 합금을 주조하는 단계를 포함하는, 물품 제조 방법.
- 내부 원심분리에 의해 광물면을 제조하는 방법으로서,섬유화 스피너 안으로 용융된 광물성 물질의 흐름이 부어지고, 상기 섬유화 스피너의 주변 밴드에는 많은 구멍이 뚫려 있어서, 상기 구멍을 통해 용융된 광물성 물질의 필라멘트가 빠져나가고, 다음으로 상기 필라멘트는 기체의 작용을 통해 광물면으로 가늘어 지는, 내부 원심분리에 의해 광물면을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 스피너에서 상기 광물성 물질의 온도는 적어도 1200℃이고,상기 섬유화 스피너는 제 1항에 기재된 코발트를 기초로 한 합금으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내부 원심분리에 의해 광물면을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 용융된 광물성 물질은 1130℃ 이상의 액상선 온도(liquidus temperature)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내부 원심분리에 의해 광물면을 제조하는 방법.
