Claims (6)
- 절연재료로 제조된 케이스를 갖춘 높은 전기역학력의 저전압 회로차단기(10)로서,상기 케이스에 견고하게 부착된 베어링에 의해 지지되는 전극 샤프트(78)에 연결되는 작동기구(24)와 다수의 전극(56)을 포함하며, 각각의 전극(56)은 한 쌍 이상의 분리가능한 접촉부(60, 61)를 포함하고, 각 쌍의 접촉부 중의 적어도 하나인 가동 접촉부(61)는 전극 샤프트(78)에 기계적으로 연결되며, 상기 전극 샤프트(78), 작동기구(24) 및 가동 접촉부(61)는 각 쌍의 접촉부(60, 61)가 분리되는 개방위치와 각 쌍의 접촉부(60, 61)가 접촉하는 폐쇄위치 사이에서 이동할 수 있으며, 상기 회로차단기의 케이스는 작동기구(24)를 수용하는 전방구획(12)과 중간벽(20)에 의해 상기 전방구획(12)으로부터 분리되고 분리용 칸막이(38)에 의해 개별 구획(36)으로 세분되는 후방구획(14)을 포함하고, 상기 개별 구획(36) 각각은 회로차단기(10)의 전극(56) 중의 하나를 수용하는 회로차단기에서,상기 전극 샤프트(78)의 회전축(79)이 상기 후방구획(14) 내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리용 칸막이(38) 각각은 상기 베어링 중의 하나를 지지하고, 또한 상기 전극 샤프트(78)는 상기 베어링 중의 하나의 레벨에서 각각의 분리용 칸막이(38)를 관통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 분리용 칸막이(38) 각각은 중간벽(20)과 함께 주조된 칸막이부재(52)를 포함하며, 상기 칸막이부재(52)의 단부에는 대응 베어링의 일부를 형성하는 반원통형부(54)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제 1 항 ∼ 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중간벽(20)은 전극 샤프트(78)와 작동기구(24) 사이의 기계적 링크부(82)의 통로를 위한 윈도우(34)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제 1 항 ∼ 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전극 샤프트(78)의 외측면은 전기 절연재, 특히 열경화성 폴리에스테르 플라스틱으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제 1 항 ∼ 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전극 샤프트(78)와 각각의 가동 접촉부(61) 사이에 하나 이상의 커넥팅로드(80)를 포함하며, 상기 커넥팅로드(80)는 조립위치인 샤프트(78)와 커넥팅로드(80)의 특정한 관련위치에서 상기 커넥팅로드(80)가 피봇(81)의 축에 평행한 방향으로 자유롭게 움직일 수 있도록 피봇(81)에 의해 전극 샤프트(78)에 연결되며, 그리고 일단 커넥팅로드(80)가 설치되어 그 설치위치로부터 이동하면, 피봇(81)의 축에 평행한 방향으로 커넥팅로드 (80)의 병진운동을 방지하는 확실한 연결이 이루어지며, 작동상태에서는 상기 전극 샤프트(78)와 커넥팅로드(80)가 상기 조립위치를 취하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
