Claims (7)
- 휴대폰의 배터리전압이 시스템에서 요구되는 레벨을 만족할 때, 온되어 그 배터리전압을 그대로 파워앰프모듈의 구동전압으로 공급하는 로드스위치부와;상기 배터리전압이 시스템에서 요구되는 레벨을 벗어날 때, 후술할 중앙처리장치측으로부터 입력되는 제어신호에 따라 펄스폭변조 제어방식으로 그 배터리전압을 시스템에서 요구하는 레벨로 변환시켜 상기 파워앰프모듈의 구동전압으로 공급하는 직류/직류 변환기와;기지국에서 요구된 송출전력이 출력되도록 하기 위한 제어신호를 상기 직류/직류 변환기측으로 출력하는 중앙처리장치와;상기 로드스위치부 또는 직류/직류 변환기를 통해 공급되는 구동전압을 공급받고, 고주파 송신부로부터 입력되는 신호를 외부로 송출하는데 적당한 수준으로 증폭하여 출력하는 파워앰프모듈을 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰의 파워앰프모듈 전원회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로드스위치부는 로드스위치부나 직류/직류 변환기의 펄스폭변조 제어부를 선택적으로 온시키기 위하여, 배터리전압과 파워앰프모듈의 구동전압을 비교하는 비교부를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰의 파워앰프모듈 전원회로.

- 제1항에 있어서, 직류/직류 변환기는,피드백부를 통해 피드백되는 파워앰프모듈의 구동전압과 상기 중앙처리장치측에서 출력되는 기준전압의 레벨을 비교하여 그에 따른 차동증폭신호를 출력하는 차동증폭기와;상기 차동증폭신호의 레벨과 톱니파 펄스를 비교하여 그 차동증폭신호의 레벨에 상응되는 듀티비를 갖는 펄스폭 변조신호를 출력하는 펄스폭변조 제어기와;상기 펄스폭변조신호의 주기로 내부의 스위칭소자를 턴온시켜 그에 따른 출력전압이 발생되도록 하는 스위칭부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰의 파워앰프모듈 전원회로.
- 제4항에 있어서, 스위칭 소자는 모스트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰의 파워앰프모듈 전원회로.
- 제4항에 있어서, 스위칭부는 상기 펄스폭변조신호의 듀티비에 상응되는 전압을 출력하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰의 파워앰프모듈 전원회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중앙처리장치는 수신된 신호의 소정 비트에 포함되어 있는 정보를 근거로 하여, 기지국에서 요구된 송출전력을 인식하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰의 파워앰프모듈 전원회로.
