Claims (4)
- 휴대 단말기를 이용한 영상 통화 중 통신 네트워크로부터 전송자 재설정이 요청되면 해당 전송률로 재설정하는 동시에 전송률을 판단하는 단계와; 상기 판단결과 요청된 전송률이 기 설정된 임계치 이하의 낮은 전송률인 경우 사용자에게 이를 알리고 프레임 영상 전송을 중단한 후 사용자가 선택한 영상만을 정지 영상으로 다른 데이터에 우선하여 상대방에게 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기 영상 통화 중 선택적 영상 전송 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전송률을 판단하는 단계는 네트워크로부터 요구되는 전송률이 프레임으로 구현되는 영상 데이터 전송 시 오류가 발생할 가능성이 있는 전송률의 범위에 속하는 지를 판단하는 단계와; 상기 판단 결과 오류 가능 범위의 전송률이 요청된 경우 사용자에게 이를 알리고 음성 데이터 전송을 기본으로 하면서 사용자가 선택하는 정지 영상 만을 음성 데이터와 함께 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기 영상 통화 중 선택적 영상 전송 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전송률을 판단하는 단계는 네트워크로부터 요구되는 전송률이 음성 전송만이 가능한 최저 전송률의 범위에 속하는 지를 판단하는 단계와; 상기 판단 결과 최저 전송률이 요청된 경우 사용자에게 이를 알리고 음성 데이터만 전송하면서 사용자가 정지 영상을 선택하는 경우에는 음성 데이터 전송을 중 지하고 해당 정지 영상을 전송한 후 다시 음성 데이터 전송 상태로 복귀하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기 영상 통화 중 선택적 영상 전송 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 판단결과 요청된 전송률이 기 설정된 임계치 이하의 낮은 전송률인 경우 사용자에게 이를 알릴때, 전송률 저하에 따른 오류 발생을 방지하기 위한 선택적 영상 전송 상황과 최저 전송률에 의한 선택적 영상 전송 상황을 구분하여 알리는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기 영상 통화 중 선택적 영상 전송 방법.
