Claims (25)
- 초저주파수 변환기(ultra low frequency transducer, 16)에 있어서, 상기 변환기는직사각형 전면부(38)를 가진 외관(basket, 36)과;상기 외관(36)의 전면부 내에서 지지되어지고 축 운동(axial movement)을 위하여 지지되어지도록 치수화되어진 직사각형 둘레(20)를 가지는 요면격판(凹面隔板, concave diaphragm, 18)과, 여기서 격판의 둘레부 주위 사이에 탄력적인 서라운드(30)를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 서라운드는 각각의 코너(corner)에서 하나이상의 방사상으로 위치되어진 플리트(pleat, 34) 속으로 형성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 요면격판(18)과; 그리고영구 자석(74)과 그리고 격판(18)에 연결된 상호 지지되어진 음성 코일(voice coil, 58)을 포함하는 외관(basket)에 의해서 지지되어지며, 시그널 소스(62)에 음성코일은 연결되어지며, 시그널 소스로부터 초저주파수 사운드(ultra low frequency sound)들을 생산하는 격판의 왕복하는 축 운동으로 시그널들을 변환시키는데 채택되어지는 드라이버 조립체(driver assembly, 50)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초저주파수 변환기
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외관의 직사각형 전면부와 상기 격판(隔板)의 직사각형 둘레는 양쪽 모두 정사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 변환기

- 라우드 스피커(loud speaker)에 있어서, 상기 라우드 스피커는,직사각형 개구부(14)를 가지는 인클로저(enclosure, 12)와;초저주파수 변환기(ultra low frequency transducer, 16), 즉상기 인클로저의 직사각형 개구부와 거의 동일한 사이즈인 직사각형 둘레(20)를 가지며, 인클로저 내부에서 축 운동을 위하여 지지되어지는 요면격판(凹面隔板, concave diaphragm, 18)과, 여기서 격판의 둘레부 주위 사이에 탄력적인 서라운드(30)를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 서라운드는 각각의 코너(corner)에서 하나이상의 방사상으로 위치되어진 플리트(pleat, 34) 속으로 형성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 요면격판(18)과; 그리고,영구 자석(74)과 그리고 격판(18)에 연결된 상호 지지되어진 음성 코일(voice coil, 58)을 포함하며, 시그널 소스(62)에 음성코일은 연결되어지며, 시그널 소스로부터 초저주파수 사운드(ultra low frequency sound)들을 생산하는 격판의 왕복하는 축 운동으로 시그널들을 변환시키는데 채택되어지는 드라이버 조립체(driver assembly, 50)를 포함하는,초저주파수 변환기(ultra low frequency transducer, 16)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라우드 스피커
