Claims (14)
- 내주면에 슬리브 바디의 중앙의 종축방향으로 연장된 기어부를 구비하고 외주면에 기어시프트 포크 가이드를 수납하는, 비절삭 가공공정에 의해 만들어진 슬리브 바디를 구비하는 수동변속기용 싱크로나이저장치의 슬라이딩 슬리브에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 바디는 비절삭 가공공정에 의해 하나의 일체형 요소인 금속판으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 수동변속기용 싱크로나이저장치의 슬라이딩 슬리브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 바디는 하나 이상의 표면에 형성된 금속판 스트립을 둥근 형상으로 굽혀 절단된 양단을 서로 결합하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 수동변속기용 싱크로나이저장치의 슬라이딩 슬리브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 바디와 기어시프트 포크 가이드는 서로 일체형으로 구성되고, 기어시프트 포크 가이드는 슬리브 바디의 외주면으로부터 반경방향 외측으로 돌출한 디스크형의 원주방향의 턱으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 수동변속기용 싱크로나이저장치의 슬라이딩 슬리브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 바디와 기어시프트 포크 가이드는 서로 별개의 2개의 요소로 구성되어 서로 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는, 수동변속기용 싱크로나이저장치의 슬라이딩 슬리브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기어시프트 포크 가이드는 슬리브 바디의 외주면에 고정된 하나의 링으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 수동변속기용 싱크로나이저장치의 슬라이딩 슬리브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기어시프트 포크 가이드는 서로 평행하게 배치되고 슬리브 바디의 외주면에 고정된 2개의 링들로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 수동변속기용 싱크로나이저장치의 슬라이딩 슬리브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 기어시프트 포크 가이드의 하나 이상의 링은 비절삭 가공공정에 의해 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수동변속기용 싱크로나이저장치의 슬라이딩 슬리브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기어시프트 포크 가이드는 슬리브 바디의 외주면에 고정된 U자형의 단면을 갖고 반경방향 외측으로 향한 다리들을 구비한 링으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 수동변속기용 싱크로나이저장치의 슬라이딩 슬리브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기어시프트 포크 가이드를 형성하는 하나 이상의 링은 가열수축 끼워맞춤에 의해 슬리브 바디에 고정되며, 상기 링의 내주면에 형성된 원주방향의 내측 홈이 슬리브 바디의 외주면에 배치되고 원주방향으로 형성되어 있으며 반경방향 외측으로 돌출된 턱과 맞물리도록 되고, 상기 외측방향으로 향한 높이 H는 수축시 끼워맞춰지도록 가열될 때 턱너머로 밀어넣어질 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는, 수동변속기용 싱크로나이저장치의 슬라이딩 슬리브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기어시프트 포크 가이드를 형성하는 하나 이상의 링은 가열수축 끼워맞춤에 의해 슬리브 바디에 고정되며, 슬리브 바디의 외주면에 형성된 원주방향의 외측의 홈은 그 링의 내주면에 배치된 원주방향으로 형성되고 내측방향으로 향한 턱과 맞물리도록 되고, 상기 내측방향으로 향한 턱의 높이 H1는 수축시 끼워맞춰지도록 가열될 때 턱너머로 밀어넣어질 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는, 수동변속기용 싱크로나이저장치의 슬라이딩 슬리브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기어시프트 포크 가이드를 형성하는 하나 이상의 링은 슬리브 바디에 일체로 형성된 축방향의 정지편에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수동변속기용 싱크로나이저장치의 슬라이딩 슬리브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 대칭 또는 비대칭의 지붕형상의 경사면들이 슬리브 바디의 기어부의 치형부분들의 양단부에 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는, 수동변속기용 싱크로나이저장치의 슬라이딩 슬리브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기어시프트 포크 가이드는 제 1 및 제 2 링으로 형성되고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 링들은 서로 평행하며 슬리브 바디의 외주면에 고정되고, 외측의 기어부는 슬라이딩 슬리브의 중앙의 종축 방향으로 연장되도록 제 2 링의 외주면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 수동변속기용 싱크로나이저장치의 슬라이딩 슬리브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 외측의 기어부는 슬리브 바디의 중앙의 종축 방향으로 연장되도록 슬리브 바디의 외주면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 수동변속기용 싱크로나이저장치의 슬라이딩 슬리브.
