- 양극판과 음극판 및 격리판을 포함하는 극판 조립체와, 내부에 극판 조립체를 수용하는 내장 케이스를 구비하는 전지 조립체; 및상기 양극판 및 음극판과 전기적으로 연결되는 외부 접촉 단자를 노출시키면서 상기 전지 조립체를 밀봉시키는 외부 케이스를 포함하며,상기 외부 케이스가, 상기 전지 조립체의 측면 둘레에 위치하는 단단한 재질, 및 전지 조립체의 전, 후면 중 적어도 어느 한 면에 대향 위치하는 박막형 필름 재질의 조합으로 이루어지고, 상기 박막형 필름 재질 부분에 제품 정보 또는 바코드가 인쇄된 인쇄부를 형성하는 전지 팩.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 외부 케이스가,상기 전지 조립체를 수용하기 위한 수용부 및 수용부의 가장자리를 따라 위치하는 임의 폭의 실링부를 구비하는 단단한 재질의 제1 케이스와;상기 제1 케이스의 실링부에 접합되어 제1 케이스와 함께 상기 전지 조립체를 밀봉시키는 박막형 필름 재질의 제2 케이스를 포함하는 전지 팩.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제2 케이스가 접착제를 이용한 본딩 방식으로 상기 제1 케이스에 결합되는 전지 팩.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 외부 케이스가,상기 전지 조립체의 측면 둘레를 따라 임의 폭으로 형성되며, 전지 조립체의 가장자리를 따라 위치하는 임의 폭의 제1, 2 실링부를 구비하는 단단한 재질의 제1 케이스와;상기 제1 케이스의 제1, 2 실링부에 각각 접합되어 제1 케이스와 함께 전지 조립체를 밀봉시키는 박막형 필름 재질의 제2, 3 케이스를 포함하는 전지 팩.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제2 케이스와 제3 케이스가 접착제를 이용한 본딩 방식으로 상기 제1 케이스에 결합되는 전지 팩.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 외부 케이스가,상기 전지 조립체를 수용하기 위한 수용부를 구비하는 단단한 재질의 제1 케이스와;상기 전지 조립체의 측면 둘레를 따라 임의 폭으로 형성되는 단단한 재질의 측면부 및 측면부 일측에 고정되어 전지 조립체의 일면에 대향하는 박막형 필름 재질의 커버부를 구비하는 제2 케이스를 포함하는 전지 팩.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 제2 케이스가 인몰드(in-mold) 방식으로 제작되는 전지 팩.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 제1 케이스와 제2 케이스가 내부에 전지 조립체를 수납한 상태에서 융착, 조립, 또는 접착제를 이용한 본딩 방식 가운데 하나의 방식으로 일체로 결합되는 전지 팩.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 외부 케이스가,상기 전지 조립체의 측면 둘레를 따라 임의 폭으로 형성되는 단단한 재질의 측면부 및 측면부의 일측에 고정되어 전지 조립체의 일면에 대향하는 필름 재질의 커버부를 구비하는 제1 케이스와;상기 제1 케이스와 동일한 형상의 제2 케이스를 포함하는 전지 팩.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 제1, 2 케이스의 측면부 가장자리에 홈이 형성되어 제1, 2 케이스의 커버부 끝단이 측면부의 가장자리를 둘러싸는 전지 팩.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 제1 케이스와 제2 케이스가 인몰드 방식으로 제작되는 전지 팩.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 제1 케이스와 제2 케이스가 내부에 전지 조립체를 수납한 상태에서 융착, 조립, 또는 접착제를 이용한 본딩 방식 가운데 하나의 방식으로 일체로 결합되는 전지 팩.
