Abstract

본 발명은 도어 스커프 트림과 와이어 하니스를 동시에 고정할 수 있는 클립부가 구비된 자동차용 도어 스커프 트림의 체결구조에 관한 것으로, 자동차 내부의 플로어 카페트를 고정하는 다수의 클립부에 의해 사이드실 인너패널(101)과 사이드실 아웃터패널(102)에 고정되는 자동차용 도어 스커프 트림의 체결구조에 있어서, 상기 클립부(110)는 상기 사이드실 인너패널(101)의 다단 절곡된 수평면(101a) 상부에 길이 방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 안착 지지되되, 상기 클립부(110) 상단에는 요홈(111)이 형성되어 도어 스커프 트림(120)과 일체로 하단 돌출 형성된 걸림돌기(121)가 삽입 고정되며, 상기 클립부(110) 중앙에는 와이어 하니스(103)가 관통될 수 있도록 중공 형상의 와이어 하니스 체결공(112)이 형성되어, 와이어 하니스를 고정하기 위한 클립부에 의해 도어 스커프 트림의 하단을 고정 지지할 수 있도록 함으로써, 종래와 비교하여 작업 공수 및 부품 수를 줄일 수가 있는 효과가 있는 발명인 것이다.

본 발명은 자동차용 도어 스커프 트림의 체결구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 스커프 트림과 와이어 하니스를 동시에 고정할 수 있는 클립부가 구비된 자동차용 도어 스커프 트림의 체결구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량의 사이드실 인너패널에 플로어 카페트의 가장자리를 처리하기 위하여 도어 스커프 트림이 구비된다.
도 2는 종래의 도어 스커프 트림의 저면 사시도를 보여주는 도면으로, 도어 스커프 트림(10)의 저면에는 패널 돌출 접합부에 압입 고정될 수 있도록 다수의 고정용 제1클립(11)이 구비되며, 사이드실 아웃터패널과 접하게 되는 스커프 트림(10) 저면에는 다수의 제2클립(12)이 구비된다.
한편, 도 3은 종래의 도어 스커프 트림 마운팅용 브라켓을 보여주는 도면으로, 이 브라켓(20)은 상단이 만곡 형성되며, 하단부에는 사이드실 인너패널과 볼트 체결하기 위한 제1체결공(21)이 형성되며, 또한 브라켓(20)과 스커프 트림을 화스너로 고정할 수 있도록 제2체결공(22)이 형성된다.
도 4는 도 1의 A-A 선의 단면도로서, 제1클립(11)에 의해 사이드실 인너패널(1)과 사이드실 아웃터패널(2)의 접합 상단부에 스커프 트림(10)의 제1클립(11)이 고정된 상태를 보여준다. 미설명 도면부호 3은 플로어 카페트이다.
다음으로, 도 5는 도 1의 B-B 선의 단면도로서, 도어 스커프 트림 마운팅용 브라켓(20)의 하단부가 사이드실 인너패널(1)과 볼트로 체결되며, 상기 브라켓(20)과 스커프 트림(10)은 미도시된 화스너로 체결된다.
한편, 종래의 도어 스커프 트림의 하단에는 와이어 하니스(4)가 구비되며, 이 와이어 하니스를 고정하기 위하여 별도의 와이어 하니스 고정용 브라켓(미도시)이 사이드실 인너패널에 고정된다.
즉, 종래에는 도어 스커프 트림을 사이드실 인너패널에 고정하기 위한 도어 스커프 트림 마운팅용 브라켓과, 와이어 하니스 고정용 브라켓이 별도로 구비되므로, 부품수의 증가와 함께 작업 공수가 증가하는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기의 결점을 해소하기 위한 것으로, 스커프 트림과 와이어 하니스를 동시에 고정할 수 있는 클립부가 구비된 자동차용 도어 스커프 트림의 체결구조를 제공하고자 한다.
이러한 본 발명의 자동차용 도어 스커프 트림의 체결구조는 자동차 내부의 플로어 카페트를 고정하는 다수의 클립부에 의해 사이드실 인너패널과 사이드실 아웃터패널에 고정되는 자동차용 도어 스커프 트림의 체결구조에 있어서, 상기 클립부는 상기 사이드실 인너패널의 다단 절곡된 수평면 상부에 길이 방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 안착 지지되되, 상기 클립부 상단에는 요홈이 형성되어 도어 스커프 트림과 일체로 하단 돌출 형성된 걸림돌기가 삽입 고정되며, 상기 클립부 중앙에는 와이어 하니스가 관통될 수 있도록 중공 형상의 와이어 하니스 체결공이 형성됨으로써 달성된다.
도 6 및 도7은 본 발명의 도어 스커프 트림의 체결구조는 보여주는 단면도이다.
본 발명의 실시예를 첨부 도면을 참고하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 클립부에 의해 사이드실 패널에 고정된 도어 스커프 트림을 보여주는 도면으로, 본 발명에 따른 클립부(110)는 사이드실 인너패널(101)의 다단 절곡된 수평면(101a) 상부에 길이 방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 안착 지지되되, 상기 클립부(110) 상단에는 요홈(111)이 형성되어 도어 스커프 트림(120)과 일체로 하단 돌출 형성된 걸림돌기(121)가 삽입 고정되며, 상기 클립부(110) 중앙에는 와이어 하니스(103)가 관통될 수 있도록 중공 형상의 와이어 하니스 체결공(112)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
클립부(110)의 하단과 사이드실 인너패널(101) 사이에는 플로어 카페트(104)의 가장자리가 고정되며, 클립부(110)는 사이드실 인너패널(101)에 별도의 클립에 의해 고정될 수도 있으나, 사이드실 인너패널(101) 상면에는 클립부(110)가 끼워 고정될 수 있도록 안착부가 돌출 형성되어 클립부(110)가 고정될 수도 있다.
이와 같은 클립부(110)는 사이드실 인너패널의 수평면을 따라 다수 개가 구비된다.
한편, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 도어 스커프 트림(120)과 사이드실 아웃터패널(102)은 종래기술에서 상술한 바와 동일하게 도어 스커프 트림(120)의 하면에 돌출 형성된 클립(122)에 의해 고정된다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 자동차용 도어 스커프 트림의 체결구조는 와이어 하니스가 관통 삽입되는 클립부가 도어 스커프 트림을 같이 고정하게 되므로, 종래와 비교하여 작업 공수 및 부품 수를 줄일 수가 있다.
이상과 같은 본 발명의 자동차용 도어 스커프 트림의 체결구조는 와이어 하니스를 고정하기 위한 클립부에 의해 도어 스커프 트림의 하단을 고정 지지할 수 있도록 함으로써, 종래와 비교하여 작업 공수 및 부품 수를 줄일 수가 있는 효과가 있는 발명인 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차 내부의 플로어 카페트를 고정하는 다수의 클립부에 의해 사이드실 인너패널과 사이드실 아웃터패널에 고정되는 자동차용 도어 스커프 트림의 체결구조에 있어서,
    상기 클립부는 상기 사이드실 인너패널의 다단 절곡된 수평면 상부에 길이 방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 안착 지지되되, 상기 클립부 상단에는 요홈이 형성되어 도어 스커프 트림과 일체로 하단 돌출 형성된 걸림돌기가 삽입 고정되며, 상기 클립부 중앙에는 와이어 하니스가 관통될 수 있도록 중공 형상의 와이어 하니스 체결공이 형성되어,
    상기 클립부는 도어 스커프 트림을 사이드실 인너패널에 고정함과 동시에 와이어 하니스를 고정 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어 스커프 트림의 체결구조.
