Claims (5)
- 기하학적 중심축선(A) 주위로 회전 가능한 지지체(1)를 포함하여 이루어지는 밀링공구로서,상기 지지체(1)는 상호 대향하는 끝단면들(2, 3) 사이에서 연장하고 다수의 탈착 가능한 절삭 인서트들(6)이 설비되는 무단의 원주면(4)을 구비하고, 상기 절삭인서트들(6)은 한편으로는 스크류 결합에 의해, 다른 한편으로는 공지된 방법으로 유사한 요홈부들에 의해 분리되는 직선적이며 평행한 리지들로 이루어지는 톱니가 형성된 한 쌍의 표면(27, 28)에 의해 직접적으로 또는 간접적으로 상기 지지체(1)에 결합 가능하며,상기 톱니가 형성된 표면들 중 하나의 표면(28)은 절삭 인서트의 내측에 위치되고, 나머지 하나의 표면(27)은 상기 지지체(1) 상에 직접적으로 마련되거나 또는 상기 지지체(1)와 결합가능한 카세트(5) 상에 마련되는 밀링공구에 있어서,본질적으로, 상기 인서트(6)가 서로에 대해 주어진 세팅각으로 연장하는 두 개의 절삭날(7, 8)을 구비하고, 상기 절삭날들 중 하나의 절삭날(8)이 회전축선(A)에 수직한 가상의 평면내에 위치되며, 상기 톱니가 형성된 한 쌍의 표면(27, 28)의 평행한 리지와 요홈부가 회전축선에 수직한 평면에 대해 경사진 연장부, 더 자세하게는 상기 절삭 인서트들 사이의 상기 세팅각의 절반에 해당하는 각으로 연장하는 연장부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링공구.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스크류 결합은 상기 톱니가 형성된 나머지 하나의 표면(27)에서 개방되는 제 1홀(29)내로 삽입 가능한 클램핑 스크류(30)를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 클램핑 스크류(30)는 한편으로는 상기 절삭 인서트내를 관통하는 제 2홀(34)과 연결된 접합면(35)에 대해 가압되는 헤드(32)를, 다른 한편으로는 나사산이 형성된 제 1홀(29)내에서 조여지는 나사산이 형성된 샤프트(31)를 구비하며, 상기 톱니가 형성된 나머지 하나의 표면(27)에 대한 상기 절삭 인서트의 변위가 가능하도록 상기 절삭 인서트 내의 상기 제 2홀(34)이 타원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링공구.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 접합면(35)은 상기 절삭 인서트의 외부에 마련된 오목부의 바닥부를 구성하고, 상기 오목부는 상기 스크류의 상기 헤드(32)를 수용하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링공구.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 톱니가 형성된 나머지 하나의 표면(27)에 대한 상기 절삭 인서트(6)의 정밀조정을 위해, 더 자세하게는 키(39)와의 상호작동에 의해, 한 세트의 치(36)가 상기 절삭 인서트에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링공구.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 개별 절삭 인서트(6)는 카세트(5)상에 장착되고, 상기 카세트는 보다 정확하게는 상기 톱니가 형성된 표면(27, 28)과 유사하게 요홈부에 의하여 분리되는 직선적이며 평행한 리지로 이루어진 톱니가 형성된 또 다른 한 쌍의 표면(9, 10)에 의하여 상기 지지체(1)에 연결되고, 상기 톱니가 형성된 또 다른 표면들(9, 10) 중 하나(9)는 상기 지지체(1)의 원주면(4)상에 위치되고, 나머지 다른 하나(10)는 상기 카세트(5)의 내측에 마련되며, 상기 카세트의 내측에 마련된 표면(10)은 상기 톱니가 형성된 한 쌍의 표면들(27, 28)중 상기 톱니가 형성된 나머지 하나의 표면(27)에 대해 수직으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링공구.
