Description
Claims (16)
- 일렉트로루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법에 있어서,발광층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 발광층에 접하도록 유기 금속 화합물을 함유하여 되는 전자 주입층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 유기 금속 화합물 중의 금속을 환원할 수 있는 층을 상기 전자 주입층에 접하도록 형성하는 공정를 구비하고,상기 전자 주입층은, 알콜계 용매와, 케톤계 용매와, 에테르계 용매와, 에스테르계 용매와, 아미드계 용매 중 어느 하나를 함유하는 액체 재료를 용매로서 사용하여 상기 유기금속화합물을 용해한 조성물을 배치함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기 금속 화합물 중의 금속을 환원할 수 있는 층이 음극인 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기 금속 화합물 중의 금속을 환원할 수 있는 층이, 적어도 Mg, Ca, Al으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 금속을 함유하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치는 상기 발광층과, 상기 발광층을 구획하는 뱅크부를 더 가지고,상기 뱅크부에 의해 구획된 영역내에 상기 조성물을 주입함으로써 상기 전자 주입층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기 금속 화합물은 주기율표 1A족, 주기율표 2A족, 및 희토류 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 금속 원소를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 금속 원소는 Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb 및 Lu로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 발광층을 형성하는 공정은, 적색계의 색광을 발광하는 발광층을 형성하는 공정, 녹색계의 색광을 발광하는 발광층을 형성하는 공정, 및 청색계의 색광을 발광하는 발광층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하여 되고, 상기 유기 금속 화합물을 함유하여 되는 전자 주입층이 적어도 상기 청색계의 색광을 발광하는 발광층에 접하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 일렉트로루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
