Claims (15)
- 화학식 1의 플루오로알킬 관능성 오가노실란 하나 이상을 0 내지 120℃의 온도 범위에서 0.5 내지 24시간 동안 물과 함께 일염기성 약산 또는 다염기성 약산 또는 약염기, 또는 일염기성 약산 또는 다염기성 약산 및 약염기, 또는 산성 염 또는 염기성 염을 포함하는 알콜성 매질 속에서 철저히 혼합(여기서, 물과 알콕시실란은 2 내지 500:1의 몰 비로 사용된다)하면서 조절 가수분해함으로써 수득 가능한, 알콜을 기재로 하는 플루오로알킬 관능성 오가노실록산 함유 조성물.화학식 1R1-Ym-(CH2)2SiHx(R2)y(OR)3-x-y상기 화학식 1에서,R1은 탄소수 1 내지 9의 모노-, 올리고- 또는 과불소화된 알킬 그룹이거나, 모노-, 올리고- 또는 과불소화된 아릴 그룹이고,Y는 CH2, O 또는 S 그룹이며,R2는 탄소수 1 내지 8의 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 사이클릭 알킬 그룹이거나, 아릴 그룹이고,R은 탄소수 1 내지 8의 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 사이클릭 알킬 그룹이거나, 아릴 그룹이며,m은 0 또는 1이고,x는 0, 1 또는 2이며,y는 0, 1 또는 2이고, (x+y)는 2 이하이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, pH가 2 내지 12인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알콜 함량이 40 내지 99.999중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 염소를 실질적으로 함유하지 않는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 플루오로알킬 관능성 오가노실록산을, 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.001 내지 30중량%의 양으로 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 점도가 1.22 내지 10,000mPa·s인 조성물.
- 화학식 1의 플루오로알킬 관능성 오가노실란 하나 이상을 0 내지 120℃의 온도 범위에서 0.5 내지 24시간 동안 물과 함께 일염기성 약산 또는 다염기성 약산 또는 약염기, 또는 일염기성 약산 또는 다염기성 약산 및 약염기, 또는 산성 염 또는 염기성 염을 포함하는 알콜성 매질 속에서 철저히 혼합(여기서, 물과 알콕시실란은 2 내지 500:1의 몰 비로 사용된다)하면서 조절 가수분해시킴을 포함하는, 제1항에 따르는 플루오로알킬 관능성 오가노실록산 함유 조성물의 제조방법.화학식 1R1-Ym-(CH2)2SiHx(R2)y(OR)3-x-y상기 화학식 1에서,R1은 탄소수 1 내지 9의 모노-, 올리고- 또는 과불소화된 알킬 그룹이거나, 모노-, 올리고- 또는 과불소화된 아릴 그룹이고,Y는 CH2, O 또는 S 그룹이며,R2는 탄소수 1 내지 8의 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 사이클릭 알킬 그룹이거나, 아릴 그룹이고,R은 탄소수 1 내지 8의 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 사이클릭 알킬 그룹이거나, 아릴 그룹이며,m은 0 또는 1이고,x는 0, 1 또는 2이며,y는 0, 1 또는 2이고, (x+y)는 2 이하이다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 반응 매질의 pH가 2 내지 12로 조절되는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 화학식 2의 오가노실란 또는 화학식 3의 알킬아민이 약염기로서 사용되는 방법.화학식 2H2N(CH2)f(NH)g(CH2)h-Si(CH3)i(OR)3-i화학식 3H3-zNR3 z상기 화학식 2 및 3에서,R은 탄소수 1 내지 8의 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 사이클릭 알킬 그룹이거나, 아릴 그룹이고,R3은 동일하거나 상이하고, 탄소수 1 내지 8의 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 사이클릭 알킬 그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 8의 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 사이클릭 아미노알킬 그룹, 또는 아릴 그룹이며,f는 0 내지 6 이며,g는, f가 0인 경우, 0이고, f가 1 초과인 경우, 1이며,h는 0 내지 6 이고,i는 0 내지 1 이며,z는 1, 2 또는 3이다.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 포름산, 아세트산, 프로피온산 또는 시트르산이 약산으로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 황산수소염 또는 인산이수소염 또는 아세트산알루미늄이 산성 염으로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 수산화마그네슘 또는 알칼리 금속 아세트산염, 알칼리 금속 중탄산염 또는 알칼리 금속 탄산염이 염기성 염으로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 사용된 오가노실록산의 알콕시 그룹에 상응하는 알콜이 사용되는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 메탄올, 에탄올, n-프로판올, i-프로판올, n-부탄올, i-부탄올, t-부탄올 및/또는 2-메톡시에탄올이 알콜로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱, 금속 및 광물성 건축 재료의 표면의 동시적 소수성화(hydrophobizing) 및 소유성화(oleophobizing) 및 발오 처리 및 발색 처리, 건축물 및 외관 보호, 유리 섬유 도포, 충전제 및 안료의 실란화, 중합체 분산액 및 에멀젼의 유동 특성의 개선, 직물, 가죽 및 셀룰로스 생성물 및 전분 생성물의 소수성화 및 소유성화 및 발오 처리 및 발색 처리를 위한 이형제, 가교결합제, 접착 촉진제 및 염료 및 도료용 첨가제로서 유용한 조성물.
