Abstract
Description
세척한 후, 해조류를 물에 30~40분 더 담구어 표면의 점질물 및 이취를 제거한다. 본 발명은 열처리하지 않은 해조류 그 자체를 이용하기 때문에 일정시간 물에 담가두어 점질물 및 이취를 제거하는 것이 필수적이다.

Claims (2)
- 해조류를 주원료로 하는 식품의 제조방법에 있어서,미역줄기, 다시마, 톳, 실한천, 세모가사리, 병포, 진두발, 갈래곰보의 해조류를 깨끗한 물로 수 차례 세척하여 이물질과 표면에 있는 염분을 제거한 후 이를 물에 30~40분간 담가두어 표면의 점질물 및 이취를 제거하는 해조류의 전처리 과정과,상기 전처리 된 해조류를 먹기 좋은 크기로 자르는 해조류의 절단과정과,참깨 1g, 사과식초 0.5~3g, 소금 0.5g, 설탕 3~7g 에 매실원액, 유자원액, 키위원액 중 어느 하나를 8~20g 혼합하여 매실맛, 유자맛, 키위맛의 소스를 제조하는 과정과,상기의 전처리 된 미역줄기 50g, 다시마 10g, 톳 7g, 실한천 7g, 세모가사리 4g, 병포 4g, 진두발 4g, 갈래곰보 3g을 혼합하여 1인분의 양으로 하고 이에 상기 매실맛, 유자맛, 키위맛의 소스 중 어느 하나를 선택적으로 혼합하여 포장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과일맛 소스를 곁들인 해조샐러드 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 의하여 제조된 과일맛 소스를 곁들인 해조샐러드.
