Claims (16)
- 열가소성 수지(A)의 변성물을 2 내지 70질량% 함유하는 수지 용액(a)에 광중합 개시제(d)를 수지성분 100질량부에 의거해서 0.01 내지 10질량부 첨가함으로써 얻어지는 수지조성물에 있어서,상기 변성물이, 유기용매중, 상기 열가소성 수지(A)와, α,β-모노 에틸렌성 불포화기를 지니는 단량체, 또는 상기 단량체 및 그 외 공중합 가능한 단량체로 이루어진 공중합성 모노머(C)로 구성된 (공)중합체(B)를, (A)/(B) = 1/9 ∼ 9/1의 중량비로 래디칼중합시킴으로써 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 열가소성 수지(A)의 변성물을 2 내지 70질량% 함유하는 수지 용액(a)에 광중합 개시제(d)를 수지성분 100질량부에 의거해서 0.01 내지 10질량부 첨가함으로써 얻어지는 수지조성물에 있어서,상기 변성물이, 유기용매중, 상기 열가소성 수지(A)의 존재하, α,β-모노 에틸렌성 불포화기를 지니는 단량체, 또는 상기 단량체 및 그 외 공중합 가능한 단량체로 이루어진 공중합성 모노머(C)를, (A)/(C) = 1/9 ∼ 9/1의 중량비로 중합반응시킨 후, 더욱 래디칼중합시킴으로써 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지(A)가, 폴리올레핀(Al)인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지(A)가, 스티렌계 열가소성 엘라스토머(A2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (공)중합체(B)가, 분자내에 중합성 불포화 결합을 함유하는 변성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (공)중합체(B)가, 분자내에 수산기를 지니는 (공)중합체(B)에, 중합성 불포화 결합을 지니는 무수 카르복시산을 반응시켜서 얻어질 수 있는 변성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 제 3성분으로서, 유지류, 유지류의 유도체, 에폭시 수지 및 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종을 또 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 제 3성분의 적어도 하나는, 분자내에 중합성 불포화 결합을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 중합 반응을, 유기 과산화물의 존재하에 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 유기 과산화물이, tert-부틸기 및 벤질기로부터 선택된 적어도 1종을 지니는 유기 과산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 수지조성물에 함유된 유기용매를 탈용매한 후, 방향족 탄화수소, 지방족 탄화수소, 지환식 탄화수소, 지방족 알콜, 케톤계 용매, 에스테르계 용매 및 에테르계 용매로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 유기용매로 희석함으로써 얻어질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 수지조성물을 도공하는 공정과, 이어서, 광을 조사하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 도막의 형성방법.
- 제 12항에 기재된 방법에 의해 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 도막.
- 활성 수소 및 수산기로부터 선택된 적어도 1종을 지니는 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 수지조성물을 함유하는 주성분과, 활성 수소 및 수산기로부터 선택된 적어도 1종과 반응 가능한 경화제를 함유하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 도료.
- 제 14항에 기재된 도료를 도공하고, 이어서, 광을 조사해서 경화시키는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 도막의 형성방법.
- 제 15항에 기재된 방법에 의해 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 도막.
