Claims (15)
- 아래로부터 베니어층, 접착제층, 합성수지층, 접착제층 및 무늬목층을 포함하며, 상하부가 동일한 대칭구조를 갖고,상기 합성수지층이 탄석(탄산칼슘)을 합성수지층 전체 중량에 대하여 70 중량% 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대칭구조를 이용한 무늬목과 합성수지층을 갖는 마루바닥재.
- 아래로부터 베니어층, 접착제층, 합성수지층, 접착제층, 베니어층, 접착제층, 합성수지층, 접착제층 및 무늬목층을 포함하며, 상하부가 동일한 대칭구조를 갖고,상기 합성수지층이 탄석(탄산칼슘)을 합성수지층 전체 중량에 대하여 70 중량% 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대칭구조를 이용한 무늬목과 합성수지층을 갖는 마루바닥재.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 하부층인 베니어층과 상부층인 무늬목층이 서로 대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는, 대칭구조를 이용한 무늬목과 합성수지층을 갖는 마루바닥재.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 무늬목층 위에 표면도장층을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대칭구조를 이용한 무늬목과 합성수지층을 갖는 마루바닥재.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 무늬목층이 원목을 슬라이스한 무늬목, 목무늬를 포함하는 HPL(High Pressure Laminate) 또는 LPM(Low Pressure Melamine)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 대칭구조를 이용한 무늬목과 합성수지층을 갖는 마루바닥재.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 기재층인 합성수지층이 베이스수지로서 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 염화비닐수지(PVC), 고무 및 폴리우레탄(PU) 중에서 선택되는 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대칭구조를 이용한 무늬목과 합성수지층을 갖는 마루바닥재.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지층이 맥반석, 옥 및 황토 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상을, 탄석 전체 중량에 대하여 10 내지 20 중량% 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대칭구조를 이용한 무늬목과 합성수지층을 갖는 마루바닥재.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 차음시트층이 추가로 적층되거나, 또는 상기 합성수지층이 베이스수지 100 중량부에 대하여 탄석의 함량을 150 내지 200 중량부로 감소시키는 대신 철을 100 중량부 이상 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대칭구조를 이용한 무늬목과 합성수지층을 갖는 마루바닥재.
- (a) 베니어층을 제조하는 단계;(b) 합성수지층을 제조하는 단계;(c) 상기 베니어층 및 합성수지층 각각에 접착제층을 형성하는 단계;(d) 아래로부터 베니어층, 접착제층, 합성수지층, 접착제층 및 무늬목층 순으로 적층하고 압착하여 일체화하는 단계; 및(e) 상기 무늬목층 위에 표면도장층을 형성한 후 재단하는 단계를 포함하는,대칭구조를 이용한 무늬목과 합성수지층을 갖는 마루바닥재의 제조방법.
- (a) 베니어층을 제조하는 단계;(b) 합성수지층을 제조하는 단계;(c) 상기 베니어층 및 합성수지층 각각에 접착제층을 형성하는 단계;(d) 아래로부터 베니어층, 접착제층, 합성수지층, 접착제층, 베니어층, 접착제층, 합성수지층, 접착제층 및 무늬목층 순으로 적층하고 압착하여 일체화하는 단계; 및(e) 상기 무늬목층 위에 표면도장층을 형성한 후 재단하는 단계를 포함하는,대칭구조를 이용한 무늬목과 합성수지층을 갖는 마루바닥재의 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 (d) 단계에서 중간부분인 합성수지층, 접착제층, 베니어층, 접착제층 및 합성수지층을 별도로 압착하여 일체화한 다음, 상부층인 무늬목층과 하부층인 베니어층을 적층하여 일체화하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대칭구조를 이용한 무늬목과 합성수지층을 갖는 마루바닥재의 제조방법.
- 제 10항 또는 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 (d) 단계에서의 압착시 동일한 압력조건하에 가열 및 냉각을 연속적으로 수행함을 특징으로 하는, 대칭구조를 이용한 무늬목과 합성수지층을 갖는 마루바닥재의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 가열압착시의 온도가 110 내지 150℃인 것을 특징으로 하는, 대칭구조를 이용한 무늬목과 합성수지층을 갖는 마루바닥재의 제조방법.
- 제 10항 또는 제 11항에 있어서, 하부층인 베니어층과 상부층인 무늬목층이 서로 대칭이 되도록 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대칭구조를 이용한 무늬목과 합성수지층을 갖는 마루바닥재의 제조방법.
