Claims (9)
- 서열번호 12에 기재된 아미노산 서열로 구성되는 야생형 벼의 아세토젖산 신타제에서 627번째의 아미노산이 세린에서 이소류신으로 치환되고, 피리미디닐카르복시 제초제에 대한 저항성을 가지는 단백질을 암호화하는 유전자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 단백질은 서열번호 13에 기재된 아미노산 서열로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는유전자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 단백질은 서열번호 12에 기재된 아미노산 서열로 구성되는 야생형 벼의 아세토젖산 신타제에서 548번째의 아미노산이 트립토판에서 류신으로 추가로 치환된 것을 특징으로 하는유전자.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 단백질은 서열번호 1에 기재된 아미노산 서열로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는유전자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유전자에 의하여 암호화되는 아세토젖산 신타제 단백질.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유전자를 갖는 재조합 벡터.
- 제 6항에 기재된 재조합 벡터를 갖는 형질전환체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유전자를 선택마커로 사용하여 전기 유전자를 갖는 형질전환 세포를 선별하는 방법.
