Claims (7)
- 경사기능 재료로 이루어진 봉지부재(11, 31)와, 이 봉지부재에 고정 장착된 전극봉(13, 32)으로 이루어지고, 상기 봉지부재는 절연성 무기물질층과, 각각 전도성 무기물질 성분과 절연성 무기물질 성분과의 혼합물로 이루어진 복수의 혼합물층이 적층되어 이루어지고, 혼합물층의 각각은 상기 절연성 무기물질층에 인접한 것에서부터 순서대로 전도성 무기물질 성분의 비율이 단계적으로 증대하고, 적층방향으로 연장하는 구멍이 형성되어 있는 적층체로 이루어진 경사기능 재료로 구성되고, 상기 전극봉은 상기 봉지부재의 구멍 내에 삽입되고, 이 전극봉의 외주면과 봉지부재의 구멍과의 사이에 고융점 금속으로 이루어진 슬립형상 금속부재(14, 34)가 개재된 상태로 일체로 고정 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 경사기능 재료제 봉지체(10, 30).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 슬립형상 금속부재(14)는 원통 형상으로 감긴 고융점 금속박으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 경사기능 재료제 봉지체(10).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 슬립형상 금속부재(34)는 전극봉의 외주면에 나선형상으로 감긴 띠형상의 고융점 금속박(36)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 경사기능 재료제 봉지체(30).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 슬립형상 금속부재를 형성하는 고융점 금속이 몰리브덴 혹은 몰리브덴을 주성분으로 하는 합금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 경사기능 재료제 봉지체.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 슬립형상 금속부재는 봉지부재의 전도성 무기물질 성분의 함유비율이 적어도 15 체적% 이하인 전영역에 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 경사기능 재료제 봉지체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 슬립형상 금속부재의 외주면에는 레늄, 로듐, 백금 또는 그들의 합금으로 이루어진 코팅층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 경사기능 재료제 봉지체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 기재의 램프용 경사기능 재료제 봉지체에 의해 기밀 봉지구조가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프.
