Claims (3)
- 냉동기(12)와, 이 냉동기와 연결되는 열교환기(2), 그리고 소정의 식품 등을 냉각 시키기 위한 진공챔버(4)를 포함하는 진공 냉각 장치에 있어서상기한 열교환기(2)와 진공챔버(4) 사이에는 배기구(13)를 갖는 에어 이젝터(3)가 설치되고, 열교환기(2)에는 타단엔 공기 압축기(1)가 설치되어, 상기 공기 압축기(1)로 부터 제공되는 압축공기가 열교환기(2)를 거쳐 에어 이젝터(3)로 공급되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어이젝터를 이용한 진공 냉각 장치
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 진공 챔버(4)에는 각기 다른 직경의 유동로를 갖는 서압변(5,6,7)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어이젝터를 이용한 진공 냉각 장치
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 열교환기(2)와 공기 압축기(1) 사이에는 전자변(11)이 설치되고, 상기한 진공챔버(4)와 에어 이젝터(3) 사이엔 진공 게이지(10)가 설치되며, 상기한 진공 챔버(4) 에는 진공 해제변(8)과 진공 센서(9)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어이젝터를 이용한 진공 냉각 장치
