Claims (8)
- A) 중합도 1,500 ∼ 7,000, 검화도 99.9mol% 이상 폴리비닐알콜를 디메틸설폭사이드에 용해하여 건습식 또는 습식방사에 따라하는 방사한 후, 상기 제조된 미연신사를 고배율로 연신 후 열처리하는 단계;B) 상기 폴리비닐알콜 연신사에 꼬임을 부여하여 하연사를 제조하고, 상기 하연사를 2본 또는 3본으로 합사하여 상연을 가하여 생코드로 제조하는 단계;C) 상기 생코드를 방향족 알데히드 화합물에 침지시켜 가교반응 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조되는 가교 처리된 생코드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 C) 단계의 가교반응은 보빈에 권취된 상태로 생코드를 가교액에 침지시켜 가교반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교 처리된 생코드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 B) 단계에서 하연 또는 상연의 꼬임수가 300 ∼ 500TPM인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교 처리된 생코드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 C) 단계에서 생코드에 가교 처리된 방향족 알데히드 화합물의 함량이 중량비로 0.5 내지 2.0wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교 처리된 생코드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 C) 단계에서 생코드에 가교 처리된 방향족 알데히드가 테레프탈디카르복살데히드(TDA)인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교 처리된 생코드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 C) 단계에서 생코드에 가교 처리 반응시 산촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교 처리된 생코드.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 C) 단계에서 산촉매가 초산인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교 처리된 생코드.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항의 가교 처리된 생코드를 접착액(RFL)으로 처리하여 제조된, 하기 물성을 갖는 타이어코드용 딥코드.(1) 절단하중 20.0 내지 50.0 kg, (3) 섬도 2,000 내지 6,000 데니어, (4) 내피로도 80%이상
