Claims (4)
- 액정패널상에 다수의 데이터 라인과 다수의 게이트 라인의 교차부에 액정셀이 매트릭스 형태로 배치되는 도트 인버젼 방식에 의한 액정패널의 구동장치에 있어서,상기 액정패널상의 데이터 라인들에 데이터를 공급하기 위한 복수개의 데이터 드라이버 집적회로와,상기 액정패널상의 게이트 라인들을 순차적으로 구동하기 위한 복수개의 게이트 드라이버 집적회로와,상기 복수개의 데이터 드라이버 집적회로를 좌우측으로 2등분하여 좌측의 데이터 드라이버 집적회로와 우측의 데이터 드라이버 집적회로에 서로 반대되는 극성제어신호를 인가하는 타이밍 콘트롤러를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정패널의 구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 타이밍 콘트롤러의 내부 또는 외부에 인버터를 부착하여 상기 좌측의 데이터 드라이버 집적회로와 우측의 데이터 드라이버 집적회로에 서로 반대되는 극성제어신호를 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널의 구동장치.
- 복수개의 데이터 드라이버 집적회로로 이루어져 타이밍 콘트롤러로부터 데이터 제어신호와 극성제어신호를 받아 구동하는 도트 인버젼 방식의 액정패널을 구동하는 방법에 있어서,상기 복수개의 데이터 드라이버 집적회로를 중앙을 기점으로 하여 좌우로 분할하고, 상기 좌우로 분할된 데이터 드라이버 집적회로들에 서로 반대의 극성제어신호를 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널의 구동방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 타이밍 콘트롤러의 내부 또는 외부에 인버터를 부착하여 상기 좌측의 데이터 드라이버 집적회로와 우측의 데이터 드라이버 집적회로에 서로 반대되는 극성제어신호를 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널의 구동방법.
