- 기판상의 제1영역에 다수의 데이터라인과 다수의 게이트라인이 서로 교차되고, 상기 다수의 데이터라인과 다수의 게이트라인이 교차되어 형성되는 각각의 영역에 박막트랜지스터와 액정 및 저장커패시터가 형성되며, 상기 기판상의 제2영역에 상기 각 데이터라인에 영상신호를 인가하는 데이터드라이버와 상기 각 게이트라인에 게이트구동신호를 인가하기 위한 다수의 쉬프트레지스터를 구비한 게이트드라이버가 구성되고, 상기 각 드라이버와 전기회로적으로 연결되고 복수개의 신호를 출력하는 외부회로부가 구성된 평판디스플레이장치에 있어서,상기 외부회로부에서 출력되는 신호를 이용하여 상기 다수의 게이트라인에 게이트 오프 전압을 인가하는 단계와;상기 외부회로부에서 출력되는 신호를 이용하여 상기 다수의 데이터라인 또는 상기 각 저장커페시터로 교류전압을 인가하는 단계를 포함하는 피모스소자의 누설전류 저감을 위한 평판디스플레이장치 신호인가방법
- 청구항 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 각 게이트라인으로 인가되는 게이트 오프 전압은 10볼트 이상의 직류전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 피모스소자의 누설전류 저감을 위한 평판디스플레이장치 신호인가방법
- 청구항 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 교류전압은 ±1볼트 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 피모스소자의 누설전류 저감을 위한 평판디스플레이장치 신호인가방법
- 청구항 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 게이트오프 전압은 상기 쉬프트레지스터를 통해 각 게이트라인으로 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피모스소자의 누설전류 저감을 위한 평판디스플레이장치 신호인가방법
- 청구항 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 각 데이터라인으로 인가되는 교류전압은 상기 데이터드라이버를 통해 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피모스소자의 누설전류 저감을 위한 평판디스플레이장치 신호인가방법
- 청구항 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 외부회로부는 상기 기판과 TCP 또는 FPC를 통해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피모스소자의 누설전류 저감을 위한 평판디스플레이장치 신호인가방법
