Description
Claims (29)
- a) 평행하게 정렬된 복수의 모듈을 가지고 있는 제1 커넥터로서, 각각의 모듈은,i) 절연부ii) 각각 상기 절연부내에 일부를 갖는, 하나의 라인으로 배치된 복수의 신호 콘택트;iii) 신호 콘택트의 라인과 평행한 제1 도체판;을 포함하고 있는, 상기 제1 커넥터;b) 상기 각각의 모듈상의 절연부는 상기 각각의 모듈과 인접 모듈 사이에 공동을 남기도록 형성되어 있고, 상기 모듈의 제1 도체판은 상기 공동내에 배치되어 있고,c) 상기 제1 커넥터와 상호 끼워맞춤가능한 제2 커넥터로서,i) 상기 모듈의 각각 내의 복수의 신호 콘택트와 전기적으로 맞물리도록 배치된 복수의 신호 콘택트;ii) 인접하는 모듈 사이의 상기 공동중 하나의 공동내에 하나씩 각각 끼워맞추어지도록 배치된 복수의 제2 도체판;을 구비하고 있는 상기 제2 커넥터를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 모듈은 도체판에 부착된 제2 절연부를 더 포함하고 있고, 상기 절연부는 안에 복수의 신호 콘택트의 각각의 일부가 배치된 적어도 하나의 개구부를 안에 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제2항에 있어서,a) 각각의 판은 유지 특징부를 포함하고 있고,b) 상기 모듈의 각각의 절연부는 판내의 유지 특징부와 맞물리는 특징부를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 모듈내에, 각각의 판은 절연부와 맞물리는 수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지 부재를 더 포함하고 있고, 상기 모듈의 각각은 상기 지지 부재에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 커넥터내의 각각의 모듈에 있어서, 상기 복수의 신호 콘택트는 인쇄 회로 기판에 접속하기 위한 테일부를 가지고 있고, 상기 테일부는 상기 모듈로부터 평행하게 뻗어 있고, 각각의 판은 상기 신호 콘택트의 테일부와 평행하게 상기 모듈로부터 뻗어 있는 복수의 테일부를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 판은 제1 영역 및 제2 영역을 포함하고 있고, 상기 복수의 테일부는 상기 판의 제1 영역에 부착된 각각의 판으로부터 뻗어 있고, 상기 판의 제2 영역은 절연부내에 몰딩되어 있고, 상기 판의 제1 영역은 상기 제2 영역에 평행하지만 상이한 평면에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 모듈의 절연부는 상기 복수의 신호 콘택트의 부분 둘레에 몰딩된 제1 부분 및 상기 판의 부분 둘레에 몰딩된 제2 부분을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제8항에 있어서,a) 상기 절연부의 제2 부분은 안에 복수의 평행 공동이 형성되어 있고;b) 각각의 신호 콘택트는 한 쌍의 레그를 포함하고 있고; 그리고c) 각각의 신호 콘택트의 상기 한 쌍의 레그는 평행 공동중 하나의 공동내에 한 쌍씩 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 커넥터내의 인접 모듈 사이의 공동은 상기 공동의 한 벽이 상기 모듈중 하나의 판에 의해 경계가 형성되어 있고 반대 벽이 인접 모듈의 절연부에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 커넥터의 각각의 판에는 복수의 핑거가 부착되어 있고, 상기 핑거는 공동 내로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 도체판 또는 상기 제2 도체판의 일부는 위에 콘택트 암을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 커넥터의 도체판에 상기 제1 커넥터의 도체판을 전기적으로 맞물리게 하는 수단을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 도체판 및 제2 도체판의 각각은 그 에지로부터 뻗은 복수의 콘택트 테일을 가지고 있고, 상기 콘택트 테일은 인쇄 회로 기판에 끼워맞추어지도록 적용되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1 도체판 및 제2 도체판의 각각의 콘택트 테일은 2개의 인접한 신호 콘택트 사이에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 커넥터상의 복수의 신호 콘택트의 각각은 핀인 것을 특징으로 전기 커넥터.
- 제16항의 커넥터를 통합한 백플레인 조립체에 있어서,a) 백플레인; 및b) 도터 카드;를 포함하고 있고,c) 복수의 모듈이 도터 카드에 부착되어 있고 제 2 커넥터가 백플레인에 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 백플레인 조립체.
- 제17항에 있어서,a) 백플레인은 복수의 신호 구멍 칼럼과 복수의 접지 구멍 칼럼을 가지고 있고, 복수의 접지 구멍 칼럼 각각은 두개의 신호 구멍 칼럼 사이에 배치되어 있고;b) 제 2 커넥터의 복수의 신호 콘택트는 신호 구멍내로 삽입된 콘택트 테일을 가지고 있고;c) 제 2 커넥터의 복수의 제2 도체판 각각은 복수의 콘택트 테일을 가지고 있고, 각각의 판의 콘택트 테일은 접지 구멍 칼럼중의 하나의 접지 구멍내에 각각 하나씩 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 백플레인 조립체.
- 제18항에 있어서, 한 쌍의 신호 트레이스가 인접한 두개의 신호 구멍 칼럼 사이에 배치되어 있고, 접지 구멍 칼럼은 두개의 신호 트레이스 칼럼 사이의 중앙에 배치되고, 한 신호 트레이스는 접지 구멍 칼럼의 양측에서 뻗도록 구성된, 복수의 신호 트레이스를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 백플레인 조립체.
- 제18항에 있어서, 한 쌍의 신호 트레이스가 인접한 두개의 신호 구멍 칼럼 사이에 배치되고, 접지 구멍 칼럼이 두개의 신호 트레이스 칼럼 사이의 중심선으로부터 오프셋되고, 상기 두개의 신호 트레이스의 각각은 접지 구멍 칼럼의 동일 측에서 뻗도록 구성된, 복수의 신호 트레이스를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 백플레인 조립체.
- a) 제 1 전기 파트로서,i) 제1 절연성 하우징내에 맞물리는 하나의 신호 콘택트 칼럼을 각각 포함하고 있는 복수의 리셉터클 부재; 및ii) 제2 절연성 하우징 및 상기 제2 절연성 하우징내에 부분적으로 싸여진 도체판을 각각 포함하고 있는 복수의 차폐 부재;를 가지고 있고,iii) 상기 제2 절연성 하우징이 상기 제1 절연성 하우징내에 맞물려 있는 상기 신호 콘택트를 수용하는 채널을 안에 가지고 있는 상기 제1 전기 파트;b) 상기 제1 전기 파트와 맞물리도록 적용된 제3 절연성 하우징 및 상기 제1 전기 파트내의 리셉터클 부재와 맞물리도록 상기 제3 절연선 하우징내에 위치된 복수의 핀 형상의 신호 콘택트를 가지고 있는 제2 전기 파트;를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 제2 전기 파트에 부착된 제2 복수의 차폐 부재를 더 포함하고 있고, 상기 제2 복수의 차폐 부재는 상기 제1 전기 파트내의 복수의 차폐 부재와 맞물리도록 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 제1 전기 파트내의 복수의 차폐 부재는 노출된 표면 영역을 남기도록 제1 절연성 하우징내에 부분적으로 둘려싸여 있고, 제2 복수의 차폐 부재는 노출된 상기 표면 영역에서 제1 전기 파트내의 차폐 부재와 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 제2 절연성 하우징은 복수의 구멍을 안에 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 제1 전기 파트는 제2 전기 파트와 대면하는 메이팅 페이스를 가지고 있고, 상기 메이팅 페이스는 핀을 수용하는 복수의 구멍 칼럼이 안에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 메이팅 페이스는 상기 제2 절연성 하우징에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- a) 제 1 전기 파트로서,i) 제1 절연성 하우징 및 상기 제1 절연성 하우징내에 맞물리는 하나의 신호 콘택트 칼럼을 각각 포함하고 있는 복수의 리셉터클 부재; 및ii) 도체판 및 제2 절연성 하우징을 각각 포함하고 있고 상기 도체판은 상기 제2 절연성 하우징내에 부분적으로 싸여져 있는 복수의 차폐부재;를 가지고 있고,iii) 상기 복수의 차폐 부재는 인접한 리셉터클 부재의 중간에 있는,상기 제 1 전기 파트, 및b) 상기 제1 전기 파트와 맞물리도록 적용된 제3 절연성 하우징 및 상기 제1 전기 파트내의 리셉터클 부재와 맞물리도록 위치된 복수의 핀 형상 신호 콘택트를 가지고 있는 제2 전기 파트;를 포함하고 있고,상기 핀 형상 신호 콘택트는 칼럼으로 배치되어 있고, 상기 제2 전기 파트는 각각 상기 핀 형상 신호 콘택트의 인접한 칼럼 사이에 배치된 금속판을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제27항에 있어서, 복수의 공동을 포함하고 있고, 각각의 공동은 차폐 부재의 도체판과 리셉터클 부재의 면에 의해 경계가 형성되어 있고, 제2 전기 파트의 금속판이 상기 공동중 하나의 공동과 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제21항에 있어서, 금속 스티프너를 더 포함하고, 복수의 리셉터클 부재와 복수의 차폐 부재는 상기 금속 스티프너에 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
