Claims (6)
- 상부 및 하부 작동 롤, 상기 작동 롤에 놓여 있는 상부 및 하부 중간 롤, 그리고 상기 중간 롤에 놓여있는 상부 및 하부 지지 롤을 구비하고 있고, 작동 롤과 지지 롤과 중간 롤중 적어도 하나가 축방향으로 서로에 대해 이동될 수 있도록 설치되어 있고, 작동 롤과 중간 롤중 적어도 하나가 롤의 전길이에 걸쳐 뻗어있는 곡면형 또는 원통형의 윤곽을 구비하고 있는 스트립 압연용 압연대에 있어서,작동 롤(13a, 13b) 및 중간 롤(12a, 12b)은 각각 하나의 단부면에서 중심 핀(17a, 17b, 18a, 18b)과 롤 외면과의 사이에 뻗어있는 구역에 환형으로 중심 핀(17a, 17b, 18a, 18b)의 둘레를 따라 뻗어있는 절결부(15a, 15b, 16a, 16b)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 압연용 압연대.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 환형 절결부(15a, 15b, 16a, 16b)의 구역에 있는 롤 외피의 외면의 윤곽은 중실 횡단면의 롤 부분까지 계속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 압연용 압연대.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 작동 롤(13a, 13b)의 환형 절결부(15a, 15b)의 형태 및 크기는 중간 롤(12a, 12b)의 환형 절결부(16a, 16b)의 형태 및 크기와 다르게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 압연용 압연대.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 작동 롤(13a, 13b) 및 중간 롤(12a, 12b)은 압연물(14)의 양쪽 스트립 에지부가 작동 롤(13a, 13b)의 환형 절결부(15a, 15b, 16a, 16b)와 작동 롤(13a, 13b)에 대해 180??로 위치 어긋나 있는 중간 롤(12a, 12b)의 구역에 서로에 대해 위치가 어긋나 있으면서 축방향으로 이동되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 압연용 압연대.
- 작동 롤(13a, 13b) 및 중간 롤(12a, 12b)의 축방향으로의 이동은 압연물(14)의 에지부 구역에 있는 환형 절결부(15a, 15b, 16a, 16b)를 가진 하나 이상의 롤(12a, 12b, 13a, 13b)이 항상 압연물(14)의 위와 아래에 설치되도록 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 압연대(10)에서 상이한 폭의 스트립 압연 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 작동 롤(13a, 13b)의 축방향 이동 거리는 중간 롤(12a, 12b)의 축방향 이동 거리와는 다른 길이인 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 압연 방법.
