Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 상부에 소정 패턴의 제 1 전극층이 형성된 기판;상기 제 1 전극층이 형성된 기판의 상부에 형성되는 것으로, 적어도 소정의 패턴의 채널을 형성하는 절연층;상기 채널을 따라 형성된 고분자 유기막층;상기 채널의 적어도 일측 단부를 구성하는 절연층의 적어도 일측 내면에 형성된 것으로, 상기 각 채널의 양 단부에서 상기 고분자 유기막층을 구성하는 고분자 유기물에 접해 상기 고분자 유기물의 흐름을 차단하는 차단벽; 및상기 고분자 유기막층의 상부에 형성된 제 2 전극층;을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 차단벽은 상기 각 채널의 양 단부에서 상기 고분자 유기막층의 외측으로 향하는 흐름을 차단하는 적어도 하나의 제 1 차단벽과, 인접한 채널로부터 유입되는 고분자 유기막층의 흐름을 차단하는 적어도 하나의 제 2 차단벽으로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 차단벽은 상기 채널을 형성하는 절연층의 길이방향에 수직한 방향으로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 차단벽은 상기 채널을 형성하는 절연층의 길이방향에 경사진 방향으로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 채널의 양단부의 대략 중앙부에는 상기 고분자 유기막층의 흐름을 차단하는 차단부재가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 차단부재의 형상은 육면체 형상, 원통 형상, 피라미드 형상 및 중앙이 내측 또는 외측을 향하도록 구비된 V자 형상 중 어느 하나로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 차단부재의 너비는 상기 채널의 폭보다 작게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 차단벽 또는 차단부재의 높이는 50㎚이상, 상기 절연층의 높이 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 유기막층은 상기 채널을 따라 액상의 고분자 유기물을 잉크젯 인쇄방법에 의해 도포함으로써 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
