Claims (10)
- 자동차의 현가장치(10)에서 스태빌라이저 바 크랭크 암(stabilizer bar crank arm, 15)과 서스펜션 암(suspension arm, 16)을 연결하기 위한 링크 조립체(link assembly, 20)에 있어서, 상기 링크 조립체(20)는a) 샤프트(shaft, 41)와;b) 중합체 재료(elastomeric material)로 몰딩된 길다란 배럴형 몸체(60)와, 상기 몸체를 통하여 축방향으로 연장되는 보어(68)와 그리고 마주보는 돔형 외부단부(61,62)를 가지는 스페이서(spacer, 30)와;c) 상기 샤프트(41)는 상기 보어(68)를 통하여 연장되고 상기 보어(68)를 넘어서 연장되는 반대편 나사형 단부(43)를 가지며,d) 그 속에 보어(53)들을 가지는 제 1 그로멧(grommet, 27)과 제 2 그로멧(31)과;e) 상기 제 1 그로멧(27) 및 제 2 그로멧(31)은 각각 돔형 내부단부(52)를 가지며;f) 상기 샤프트(41)의 대향된 단부들 중 하나의 단부는 상기 제 1 그로멧(27) 내의 보어(53)를 통하여 연장되고, 상기 샤프트(41)의 대향된 단부들 중 다른 하나의 단부는 상기 제 2 그로멧(31) 내의 보어(53)를 통하여 연장되며;g) 상기 그로멧(27,31)들의 돔형 내부단부(52)들은 스페이서(30)의 상응하는 돔형 외부단부(61,62)들에 직접적으로 향하게 되어서, 상응하는 암(15,16)들을 결속할 수 있도록 되며; 그리고h) 그로멧(27,31)과 스페이서(30)를 상기 샤프트(41) 상에 유지시키기 위하여, 상기 샤프트(41)의 대향된 단부에 있는 부재(42,43)들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 조립체(20)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,a) 상기 스페이서(30) 몸체는 폴리우레탄 플라스틱(polyurethane plastic)으로부터 몰딩되어지고, 상기 그로멧(27,31)과 비교하여 축방향으로 견고(stiff)한 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 조립체(20)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,a) 상기 스페이서(30) 몸체는 상기 그로멧(27,31)의 외부 직경보다 더 큰 외부 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 조립체(20)
- 제 3 항에 있어서,a) 상기 스페이서(30) 몸체는 길이방향으로 길게 생긴 리브(66)를 형성하기 위하여 외부 표면 상에 형성된 다수의 길이방향으로 긴 채널(65)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 조립체(20)
- 제 4 항에 있어서,a) 상기 스페이서(30) 몸체는 우레탄 중합체 TEXIN 245로 몰딩되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 조립체(20)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,a) 상응하는 제 1 그로멧(27)과 제 2 그로멧(31)내의 고리모양 홈(51) 내에 위치되어지는 제 1 및 제 2 와셔(26,32)와,b) 상기 제 1 와셔(26)가 안착되어지는 상기 샤프트(41)의 한쪽 단부 상의 헤드(42)와, 그리고c) 상기 제 2 와셔(32)를 연결시키기 위한 샤프트(41)의 다른쪽 단부 상의 나사모양의 너트(threaded nut, 33)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 조립체(20)
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따르는 링크 조립체(20)를 가지는 자동차 현가장치(10)
