Description
Claims (15)
- 초음파 주파수 영역으로 진동 에너지를 공작물에 전달하기 위한 초음파 장치에 있어서,초음파 주파수 영역에서 미리 설정된 주파수의 진동에 대해 기계적으로 공진하게되는 치수로 되어 있는 호온,상기 주파수에서 상기 호온의 공진을 가능하게 하도록 상기 호온에 연결되어 있는 다수의 압전 변압기,상기 주파수의 전기 에너지를 상기 변압기에 제공하고 상기 변압기가 병렬로 에너지를 받게되도록 상기 변압기에 연결되어 있는 전원, 및상기 전원과 상기 변압기 사이의 회로에 연결된 상기 변압기를 통한 전류 흐름의 균형을 잡기 위한 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 장치.
- 초음파 주파수 영역으로 진동 에너지를 공작물에 전달하기 위한 초음파 장치에 있어서,입력 표면으로부터 상기 입력 표면과 반대로 배치된 출력 표면까지 자체를 통해 종방향으로 이동하는 초음파 주파수 영역에서 미리 설정된 주파수의 진동에 대해 기계적으로 공진하게되는 치수로 되어 있는 호온,에너지를 받을 때 상기 주파수의 진동을 상기 입력 표면에 제공하도록 상기 호온의 입력 표면에 기계적으로 연결되어 있고 간격을 두고 위치된 다수의 압전 전기 음향 변압기,상기 미리 설정된 주파수의 고주파 전기 에너지를 제공하고 상기 변압기가 병렬로 구동하게 되도록 상기 변압기에 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 전원, 및상기 변압기를 통해 대체로 동일한 전류 흐름을 발생시켜 상기 변압기 사이의 순환 전류의 존재를 대체로 방지하도록 상기 전원과 상기 각각의 변압기 사이에 연결된 균형 변환기 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 각각의 변압기를 상기 호온에 기계적으로 연결하는 커플링 호온을 포함하는 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 다수의 변압기가 두 개의 변압기를 포함하고, 상기 균형 변환기 장치가 1조의 대체로 동일한 권선이 구비된 마그네틱 코어를 포함하며, 상기 1조의 권선 중 하나의 권선은 상기 전원으로부터 상기 변압기 중 하나의 변압기까지의 전기 회로와 함께 직렬로 연결되어 있고, 다른 권선은 상기 전원으로부터 상기 변압기 중 다른 하나의 변압기까지의 전기 회로와 함께 직렬로 연결되어 있는 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 1조의 권선이 두줄 방식으로 감겨져 있는 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 균형 변환기 장치가 다수의 마그네틱 코어를 포함하며, 각각의 코어는 1차 권선과 2차 권선을 가지며, 상기 1차 권선은 대체로 동일하게 되어 있고 각각의 1차 권선은 상기 전원과 각각의 변압기 사이의 회로에 직렬로 연결되어 있고, 상기 2차 권선은 대체로 동일하고 서로 직렬로 연결되어 있는 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 각각의 코어와 관련되어 있는 각각의 1차 권선 및 2차 권선이 두줄 방식으로 감겨져 있는 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 1차 권선과 2차 권선이 서로 대체로 동일하게 되어있는 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 총 전기 회로 커패시턴스를 미리 설정된 공진 주파수에 상응하는 값으로 감소시키도록 상기 전원과 균형 변환기 장치로부터 상기 변압기까지 전기 회로와 직렬로 연결되어 있는 커패시터 장치를 포함하는 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 커패시터 장치가 각각의 상기 변압기의 전기 회로에 직렬로 연결된 각각의 커패시터를 포함하며, 총 회로 커패시턴스 매니패스트를 감소시키는 상기 커패시터는 상기 전원에서 상기 변압기 중 하나의 변압기의 글램프 커패시턴스와 대체로 동일한 값으로 커패시터를 나타나게 하는 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 커패시터 장치가 단일 커패시터를 포함하는 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 호온이 16 kHz 내지 100 kHz 까지의 범위 내에서 미리 설정된 주파수에서 공진하게 되는 치수로 되어 있는 슬롯트 바아 호온인 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 커플링 호온이 상기 변압기와 함께 단일 유니트로 되어 있는 초음파 장치.
- 초음파 주파수 영역으로 진동 에너지를 공작물에 전달하기 위한 초음파 장치에 있어서,입력 표면으로부터 상기 입력 표면과 반대로 배치된 출력 표면까지 자체를 통해 종방향으로 이동하는 초음파 주파수 영역에서 미리 설정된 주파수의 진동에 대해 기계적으로 공진하게 되는 치수로 되어 있는 호온,다수의 압전 변압기 및 다수의 커플링 호온,상기 미리 설정된 주파수의 고주파 전기 에너지를 제공하고 상기 변압기가 병렬로 구동하게 하고 상기 진동을 제공하도록 상기 변압기에 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 전원, 및상기 각각의 변압기와 관련되어 있는 각각의 균형 변환기 장치를 포함하며,상기 각각의 변압기는 각각의 커플링 호온에 기계적으로 연결되어 있고 상기 호온의 상기 입력 표면이 상기 변압기로부터 및 상기 커플링 호온을 통해 전달된 상기 미리 설정된 주파수의 상기 진동을 받게하도록 상기 커플링 호온은 상기 호온의 상기 입력 표면을 따라 거리를 두고 위치되어 기계적으로 연결되어 있고,상기 각각의 변압기는 1차 권선과 2차 권선을 가지며, 각각의 1차 권선은 상기 전원으로부터 상기 변환기 장치가 관련되게 되는 각각의 변압기까지 직렬로 전기적으로 연결되어 있고, 상기 변환기 장치의 2차 권선은 서로 직렬로 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 전원으로부터 상기 변압기 장치까지 직렬로 전기적 연결로 연결된 커패시터 장치를 포함하며 상기 변압기는 커패시턴스 매니패스트를 상기 전원에서 상기 다수의 변압기의 클램프 커패시턴스의 합 보다 작게 나타나게 하는 초음파 장치.
