Claims (2)
- TFT 기판과 C/F 기판을 구비한 LCD 패널과;상기 TFT 기판과 소정 간격 이격되게 위치하는 인쇄회로기판과;상기 TFT 기판과 상기 인쇄회로기판을 전기적으로 연결하는 테이프 캐리어 패키지를 포함하며,상기 테이프 캐리어 패키지의 베이스 필름에는 리세스부가 형성되도록 굴곡된 완충부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엘시디 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 완충부는 상기 TFT 기판과 상기 인쇄회로기판 사이에 형성되며, 반원 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘시디 모듈.
