Claims (6)
- 아연계도금강판의 표면에, Mg 를 함유하는 인산아연계 피막을 갖고, 또한 상기 인산아연계 피막의 표면에, 유기층과 반응하는 관능기를 함유하는 실리콘수지피막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인산아연계 피막이, 추가로 Ni 및 Mn 을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리강판.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 인산아연계 피막중에, Mg 를 0.5 ~ 10.0 질량%, Ni 를 0.1 ~ 2.0 질량% 및 Mn 을 0.5 ~ 8.0 질량% 함유하고, 또한 상기 Mn 과 Ni 의 함유량이 하기 (1) 식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리강판[Ni] ×7.6 - 10.9 ≤[Mn]≤[Ni] ×11.4 -------- (1)단, [Mn] 은 Mn 질량%, [Ni] 은 Ni 질량% 이다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 인산아연계 피막중에, Mg 를 2.0 ~ 7.0 질량%, Ni 를 0.1 ~ 1.4 질량% 및 Mn 을 0.5 ~ 5.0 질량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리강판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 인산아연계 피막에서, 인산아연의 긴 변이 2.5㎛ 미만인 입상결정인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리강판.
