Claims (15)
- 지지체와, 이 지지체의 표면에 형성되고 20℃의 온도에서 2 중량% 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스의 수용액 중에서 측정될 때 점도가 200 cP 이하인 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스(A)를 포함하는 잉크 수용층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스의 점도가 20℃의 온도에서 2 중량% 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스의 수용액 중에서 측정될 때 20 내지 200 cP의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스가, 셀룰로스의 고리형 글루코스 단위당 메톡시기에 의해 치환되는 히드록실기의 평균수로서 정의되는 메톡시기 치환도가 1.5 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 잉크 수용층이 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스(A)외에, N-비닐피롤리돈의 단일중합체 및 N-비닐피롤리돈과 적어도 1종의 다른 중합가능 단량체의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 일원으로 이루어지는 N-비닐피롤리돈 수지(B)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록재.
- 제4항에 있어서, N-비닐피롤리돈의 단일중합체 및 N-비닐피롤리돈과 적어도 1종의 다른 중합가능 단량체의 공중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 5,000 내지 100,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록재.
- 제4항에 있어서, N-비닐피롤리돈 수지(B)가 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스 100 중량부당 5 내지 150 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지체가 원지 시트를 열가소성 수지 조성물로 코팅한 적층지 시트, 및 플라스틱 필름으로부터 선택된 일원으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 잉크 수용층이 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스(A)외에, N-비닐피롤리돈의 단일중합체 및 N-비닐피롤리돈과 적어도 1종의 다른 중합가능 단량체의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 일원으로 이루어지는 N-비닐피롤리돈 수지(B), 및 양이온 수지(C)를 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스(A) 대 N-비닐피롤리돈 수지(B) 및 양이온 수지(C)의 혼합 중량비 (A):(B):(C)가 100:5 내지 100:1 내지 20이 되도록 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록재.
- 제8항에 있어서, N-비닐피롤리돈의 단일중합체 및 N-비닐피롤리돈과 적어도 1종의 다른 중합가능 단량체의 공중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 5000 내지 500,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지체가 중심선 평균 거칠기 Ra가 0.5 ㎛ 이하인 폴리올레핀 수지 적층지 시트로 이루어지고; 잉크 수용층이 적어도 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스(A) 및 평균 입경 1 내지 30 ㎛의 안료 입자를 포함하고,평균 입경 1 내지 30 ㎛의 안료 입자가 잉크 수용층의 총 중량 100 중량부당 1 내지 10 중량부의 함량으로 존재하고;잉크 수용층이 3 내지 20 g/㎡의 건조중량으로 존재하고;잉크젯 기록재가 JIS P 8142에 따라 측정될 때 75도의 각도에서 20 내지 60%의 거울면광택을 나타내는 잉크젯 기록면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록재.
- 제10항에 있어서, 평균 입경 1 내지 30 ㎛의 안료 입자가 평균 입경 3 내지 15 ㎛의 무기 안료 입자로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록재.
- 지지체와, 이 지지체의 표면에 형성되고 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스(a) 및 N-비닐피롤리돈의 단일중합체 및 N-비닐피롤리돈과 적어도 1종의 다른 중합가능 단량체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 일원으로 이루어지는 N-비닐피롤리돈 수지(B)를 포함하는 잉크 수용층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록재.
- 제12항에 있어서, 지지체 상에 형성되는 잉크 수용층이 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스(a); N-비닐피롤리돈의 단일중합체 및 N-비닐피롤리돈과 적어도 1종의 다른 중합가능 단량체의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 일원으로 이루어지는 N-비닐피롤리돈 수지 (B); 및 양이온 수지(C)를 포함하고,히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스(a), N-비닐피롤리돈 수지(B) 및 양이온 수지(C)가 혼합 중량비 (a)/(B)/(C)가 100:5 내지 100:1 내지 20이 되도록 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록재.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제7항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 잉크젯 기록재의 제조 방법으로서,20℃의 온도에서 2 중량% 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스의 수용액 중에서 측정될 때 점도가 200 cP 이하인 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스(A)를 포함하는 수성 코팅액을 제조하고;수성 코팅액의 점도를 25℃의 온도에서 측정될 때 500 내지 15,000 cP가 되도록 조절하고;지지체의 표면을 다이 코터를 사용하여 수성 코팅액으로 코팅하여 잉크 수용층을 형성하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제7항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 잉크젯 기록재를 위한 잉크젯 기록 방법으로서, 착색 안료를 착색 물질로서 함유하는 잉크 방울을 잉크젯 기록재의 잉크 수용층을 향해 화상 분사하여 잉크 수용층 상에 잉크 화상을 형성하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록 방법.
